I cannot express how kind and helpful Jennifer and Sasha were during my visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone who might be nervous about getting glasses for the first time. Jennifer went above and beyond to assist me, even helping to set up an appointment with an outside doctor. Sasha was amazing at helping me pick out the best glasses—she was polite, professional, and incredibly supportive. Their care and attention made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
Huge selection, organized, lots of helpful staff, exam was quick and everyone was super nice. Comfy waiting areas with beverages for those accompanying their loved one.
I’m extremely happy with the friendly atmosphere and customer service! I ordered 2 different Nike frames with the new drive wear lenses. Polarized transitions. Outstanding performance! The professional team here had them ready in an hour ! I highly recommend them .
I came to this store because I had snapped my glasses’ frames and needed a new pair quickly! I worked with Selena and had a lovely time! She was personable and funny and took the time to work with me to find a good pair of frames, and then she walked me through my insurance costs and what the total cost would be! I am definitely returning, and would recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses!
Thorough, professional and (time) efficient exam. Support staff friendly and welcoming from the start. Doctor was detailed in his explanation of the exam process and findings. Sales staff was knowledgeable, professional, PATIENT (I'm picky) and so helpful. Its super exciting to experience all the above mentioned attributes exhibited by so many in one place.
