Scott from West Shore came and worked on my new shower today. He did an excellent job, was very nice, absolutely knew what he was doing, and didn't make a big mess. I would recomend Scott anytime. Thank you Scott

Installers were great. Explained every step and cleaned up each day during our 2 day install. The master plumber that came out didn’t leave much to be desired. Our top cap was cut too short and they sent a service tech out the very next day to correct. Scott was awesome. In this day where customer service has become atrocious by even the biggest companies, I can assure you he is an exception rather than the norm. If West Shore isn’t training their techs by the process he uses, I suggest they reevaluate.
Westshore homes is the best they were in time and informed me on everything that was going on between the day thank you Xavier Matthias Devan and Niy I appreciate you guys and your crew
