I purchased a toyota rav4 from this establishment. Off the bat I went in knowing the reviews and the lawsuit situation. I went specifically to see this car that was advertised online. It had super low miles and was in really good shape and I think that is the key here. Now this place is hectic, super busy with lots going on. My wife and I recently purchased a car from A Betterway Wholesale Auto. It was her second experience and my first. Needless to say the transaction with our salesman Angel was top notch. He was very attentive and patient as we weren’t totally sure on what we wanted. ABSOLUTELY RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have purchased 2 cars from this location, the first car was a BMW that immediately developed issues, the dealership did not issue a warranty so I took it on the chin and fixed the car myself. Fast forward to now, I clearly did not learn from my first experience with these scam artist, I purchased a Ford F-150, I addressed some minor issues before purchasing the truck, they told me they had “repaired it” before I took it out of the lot. We can’t say enough about how pleasant our purchase experience has been. Mesha, our sales rep, was exceptional and very communicative! And David B. in Service did an amazing job assessing the vehicle and repairing the issues we reported after the car was purchased. We’ll definitely be back to purchase in the future.
The worst. I bought a 2015 Toyota Camry with 35,500 miles on it. They said they did an oil change and replaced the front brakes the hood of the car will not open, it took 2 mechanics to open the hood of the car . Certain parts of the car was rusted completely out. Had a terrible time getting the registration. They had to buy new plates when we transferred the plates at the dealership. If you live out of state think twice before going there.
