Saw one of their vehicles on an online site. Asked about the "accident" that showed up in the report. They asked for the VIN and said they would provide details. Then they said I had to make an appointment to see the car and get the info. That led me to read their reviews and I'm glad I did. Didn't realize they are "flippers." Definitely not something I am interested in. And I have never experienced putting down a "non refundable" deposit in the car buying process. Thank you to all who were honest in their experiences becaus... read more
I bought the car on Monday, and I made a big mistake, i did not check the tires too closely. I was reasured since they told me I had a 60-day guarantee. This place is so shady I recommend you stay away. Unless of course you want to die in the car you purchased. They say they did the safety inspection but my rotors and brakes were so bad. The customer service was horrible, the rep was too busy on her cell phone and making plans to go bowling with her coworkers. My car should be salvaged but they switched up the car fax report so it showed that the car was not involved in two major accidents. Run do not walk away!!
Alex was amazing to work with! Easy to talk to and made the 65 mile trip down to the dealership worth our time! He made the extra effort to make sure they had exactly what we were looking for! James in financing was a pleasure to work with too!
This place tries to reel you in by their “great prices” and then slams you with fee after fee. They won’t budge an inch. They wanted $1,000 non refundable deposit to hold the car. They wouldn’t waive the NEGOTIABLE $800 conveyance fee. They wouldn’t waive the VIN etch. The VIN etch! We dealt with two people. They’re all unbelievably disrespectful. They told us to our face that they don’t care if we don’t buy it because someone will. One guy lied to us about how they’d give us a warranty and then they said they wouldn’t becau... read more
