Mike was absolutely Excellent. He is very extremely knowledgeable. His service was top notch. I would recommend A-Us air as an excellent company for your HVAC needs. Mike did a tune up on my system as if it was for his own family. I appreciate American Home Shield assigned him to my request.

There’s not a lot to base this evaluation on. They've been in touch with American Home Shield whose representative told them that we would be responsible for replacement of our air conditioning. Our contract with America Home Shield indicates they will cover all costs related to the replacement. U SA AIR Conditioning will have to wait until we get a truthful response from American Home Shield.

Before purchasing my home in Dallas, my inspector pointed out that the HVAC system had a supply/return differential of 4 degrees. The seller negotiated that they would file a claim with their home warranty company to get it fixed. A-US was sent on the behalf of the home warranty company. After evaluating the equipment, A-US said that the inspector did not properly test the system and that the unit actually had a supply/return differential of 20 degrees which is normal. I was very pleased with Thomas the technician that came to the house. He was very nice and check the furnace to make sure it was working safely and properly for the cold weather. The only thing that was not communicated like I was told it would be was receiving a call the day or evening before to give me a time he would arrive. Luckily we were home when he showed up and everything went very well. Defiantly would reccomend again.
