Always great help and expertise from A-U.S., have used them twice now. The company quickly called to set up a time, the technician (Jeff) reached out the night before to confirm a window of time and the next morning communicated when he would arrive, which ended up exactly when he said down to the minute. The work was done quickly and efficiently with helpful explanation. Pretty impressive stuff by the team and highly recommend.
Canceled twice! First time they canceled, they rescheduled without notifying me of the cancellation or the new appointment. Second appointment called me 4 days prior to appointment but said they call back when they had availability. Original appointment was scheduled a month and a half ago! I called AHS to please schedule me with another different company.
Jonothan showed up on time, was friendly, and explained the services thoroughly. He answered all my questions and made the whole process easy to understand. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Don’t even bother with this company. They take it upon themselves to constantly reschedule servicing appointments made through AHS. They must not get as much money from these types of appointments/deals. I’ll just be sure to not use them for any sort of AC needs in the future.
Liars! Guy came out under home warranty and said our compressor was fine (it isn’t) and also didn’t look at our furnace despite me telling him we had an issue two day prior. Two days later, furnace breaks and they won’t come out for 4 more days. I’m 9 months pregnant and it’s a snow storm/cold front and they couldn’t care less. To top it all off, we had them replace our furnace about a year ago and are now finding out that they replaced it with one that isn’t compatible with our outdoor system and now we have to replace both... read more
