Awesome company!!..the tech was Derrick Our ancient heater went out days before the big cold front came in we were worried about what we were going to do and worried about oir our dogs. Like many other reviews stated, this company is terrible. We tried to have our heat repaired the week before the freeze, it took a month to have it resolved. The technician, Mario, either lacks experience or has become lazy. He came to our house 4-5 times with no solution other than handing off the issue to an electrician that was not needed TWICE. Always great help and expertise from A-U.S., have used them twice now. The company quickly called to set up a time, the technician (Jeff) reached out the night before to confirm a window of time and the next morning communicated when he would arrive, which ended up exactly when he said down to the minute. The work was done quickly and efficiently with helpful explanation. Pretty impressive stuff by the team and highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Thomas the technician that came to the house. He was very nice and check the furnace to make sure it was working safely and properly for the cold weather. The only thing that was not communicated like I was told it would be was receiving a call the day or evening before to give me a time he would arrive. Luckily we were home when he showed up and everything went very well. Defiantly would reccomend again.
