Kameron R. came by on time and was very helpful in resolving AC leak we had. He was more responsive than all of the other techs we’ve had thus far and took the time to educate us patiently when asked questions. Highly recommend!
Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Company What a frustrating and disappointing experience. After five visits to address a simple AC drain pipeline issue, the situation has only gotten worse after each technician’s visit. Instead of fixing the problem, they now claim that my homebuilder installed the wrong AC unit – something they apparently couldn’t identify during the first or even second visit? Technician arrived on time, was in constant contact with both my husband and myself in case he couldn’t reach one of us for access, was professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to identify and repair the defective part of our HVAC fan quickly without the push for full replacement-which was recommended by TWO other HVAC companies prior to us getting American Home Shield and being assigned A-US Air!!
I wish I could write a better review for this company, but unfortunately I am not happy with their services. We lost AC in our house about two weeks ago and were assigned this company through our home warranty company. Due to my job and availability, I couldn't have someone until later that week on a Friday. The technician was kind, and came within the window provided, and had the AC back and running within an hour. I have a leak in one of my lines that loses coolant (out in the open and easily accessible) . I have had them out 4 times and am awaiting number 5. Each time I have been told a technician would contact me the night before or at least before to schedule a time for me to be there but the best you get is an automated text saying they are on the way 10 min before. If I didn't have a job that let me drop everything and go straight home I'd be out of luck. They are doing the work as warranty so that's nice, but I've spent at le... read more
