Tech was great and found the issue quickly. I needed a replacement unit and their prices are the best around. Installers were also professional and did a great job. They made it look good. New system operating exactly like it should with the new refrigerant. I am a licensed A/C technician with another job now, so I know what got done is right and the diagnosis was correct. Don't be afraid to call them and save some money.

Called them on Wed AM to repair a unit not running. Had a tech out that PM. He said the unit was ok with electrics and advised to change the circuit breaker that was popping. (this was $90.00 for the service call). I did that same day, and the breaker continued to pop. Called A-US Air and they said I had to get an Electrican. Got an Electrican to visit today and he checked the breaker and the box by the AC unit and said they were good. ($140.00). Called A-US Air back and was informed I had an appointment for June 9th.... read more

I love these guys! I was called quickly to schedule my appointment and a tech was sent out the very next day (a holiday!). Sergio is the tech I got - he is absolutely fantastic!! He did a great job troubleshooting to find the root of my problem. When the parts were sourced he came back and installed them in a jiffy. The A/C clicking on was the best sound! My experience with a US Air conditioning of Texas has been great. Everyone I have interacted with has been professional and friendly and honest. They were able to keep my old heat pump working for years until I was ready for a complete upgrade recently. Javier and Derek did an outstanding job with my heat pump upgrade installation. Sergio C., the technician dispatched to our house, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He diagnosed the issues, explained what was wrong, and repaired our a/c very quickly. I appreciate the great work done, and I plan to use them again in future.
