Bought a unit from them at the Omaha Boat Sports and Travel Show. Went to other dealers there to see comparable models. Couldn’t find another dealer with a price that was close! Quick and easy dealing with them. Pick the unit up from them the same week. They went over the unit from top to bottom with me to make sure I was comfortable with it. A year after purchase, and this was a great experience. All staff from managment down to our salesman Vern were straight forward and pleasant. They were upfront about everything, gave me thousands more for my trade than any other place in town, while giving me a price on my new unit that beat most nationwide. Held my new unit in their storage for free for a few months till I was able to secure my own storage and get a new towing vehicle, and assisted with some minor issues at no charge. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
Nathan and I stopped in to look at a toy hauler we saw on-line after visiting with their sales person, Trish, on the phone. We instantly like her friendly voice and the fact that she was quick to go measure making sure the side by side would fit before we headed to Omaha. We took our trailer in last month for a broken window and a leak. They did a great job of keeping us updated weekly so we knew what was going on. They also found more leaks than we even knew about and fixed them all. Thank goodness we had the warranty. Great customer service! Love the new service center. Easy to get to and very friendly people!
The people here are wonderful to work with. Our salesperson Verne was very attentive to what I We were looking for in a camper and we found it on the 2nd one we looked at. And it was freezing outside that day🥶 but he made sure we were getting what we wanted. And our finance guy Ryan was knowledgeable and personable and made the signing go so smooth. AC Nelsen will definitely have our business for years to come!
