I sent my camper to be fixed by AC Nelson. I had a situation of having troubles with the repair shop. I was reach out from Tonny Anderson. He went out of his way to make things right. I am very happy with the service I received. Tonny restored my faith in AC Nelson RV World. I highly recommend this place. I look forward to returning.
Let me say amazing things about all the staff here. Mike C was super supportive on the first visit. Lots of patience showing me around campers, Steven the next sales person was great. I’ve bought two new campers from A/C Nelson and was even looking at buying another, but after dealing with their parts department, there is absolutely NO WAY I would ever go back. My awning arm broke, so I called to order a new one. Rose told me I had to provide information off of the tag on the awning. My wife and I purchased our 2024 puma 402lft just over a year ago. Right off the bat we started having issues first our refrigerator freezer didn't work and ac Nelson pawns you off to the manufacturers where customer service is horrible. Next our washer never worked called a local company and he found that the water valve was never plugged in. The electric window shades quit working and nobody will get back to us.
