Bought a unit from them at the Omaha Boat Sports and Travel Show. Went to other dealers there to see comparable models. Couldn’t find another dealer with a price that was close! Quick and easy dealing with them. Pick the unit up from them the same week. They went over the unit from top to bottom with me to make sure I was comfortable with it. We are first time campers and we knew about AC Nelsen’s reputation of being one of the better places to go RV hunting. We walked in not knowing a thing about camping, but we did know what we were looking for. We met Brandon and he was patient and caring about our big purchase. He took his time with us. A year after purchase, and this was a great experience. All staff from managment down to our salesman Vern were straight forward and pleasant. They were upfront about everything, gave me thousands more for my trade than any other place in town, while giving me a price on my new unit that beat most nationwide. Held my new unit in their storage for free for a few months till I was able to secure my own storage and get a new towing vehicle, and assisted with some minor issues at no charge. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Starting with Brandon the salesman who was great to deal with very polite and pleasant and knowledgeable of the camper. Eugene the tech guy, understand we are first time buyers walked us thru top to bottom answered all questions, was not going to let us leave without feeling comfortable about our new camper & every part of the dos & don’ts. Nathan and I stopped in to look at a toy hauler we saw on-line after visiting with their sales person, Trish, on the phone. We instantly like her friendly voice and the fact that she was quick to go measure making sure the side by side would fit before we headed to Omaha.
