Bought a unit from them at the Omaha Boat Sports and Travel Show. Went to other dealers there to see comparable models. Couldn’t find another dealer with a price that was close! Quick and easy dealing with them. Pick the unit up from them the same week. They went over the unit from top to bottom with me to make sure I was comfortable with it. Our salesperson (Christian) went above and beyond with the little extra perks that he had promised us. I had a little problem with their message/voice mail system as everything was tagg... read more
I started off looking at campers from a dealership in CB and the customer service there was lacking along with the urgency. I went to AC Nelson two days later and had a deal done within a day or two. I worked with Vern (salesman) and Alonzo (service center) both of these guys are top notch when it comes to customer service. I spoke with Tony (store manager) who was also great and actually sat down and went over the financing with me. I also finished the deal with the finance guy who was also great. A year after purchase, and this was a great experience. All staff from managment down to our salesman Vern were straight forward and pleasant. They were upfront about everything, gave me thousands more for my trade than any other place in town, while giving me a price on my new unit that beat most nationwide. Held my new unit in their storage for free for a few months till I was able to secure my own storage and get a new towing vehicle, and assisted with some minor issues at no charge. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
We are first time campers and we knew about AC Nelsen’s reputation of being one of the better places to go RV hunting. We didn’t feel rushed and Brandon really listened to our wants & needs. I’m happy to report that we found exactly what we were looking for. The price was right and we bought it! Brandon answered all my emails in a timely fas... read more
If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Starting with Brandon the salesman who was great to deal with very polite and pleasant and knowledgeable of the camper. Eugene the tech guy, understand we are first time buyers walked us thru top to bottom answered all questions, was not going to let us leave without feeling comfortable about our new camper & every part of the dos & don’ts. The finance guy( forgot his name). Very efficient with paperwork has everything ready zipped right thru. AC Nelsen a great place to buy a camper... read more
