We bought our first fifth wheel from AC Nelson in the spring of 2025! From the actual purchase to the work that we have had done these guys are top notch. Jeremy in service has been awesome and all the techs that installed my fifth wheel hitch did an amazing job. When they first ordered our hitch the company sent the wrong piece so they got us a hitch so that we could make it to our memorial weekend camping trip. Id like to give them a 5 but since I didn't actually complete my purchase...I can attest to how they worked with and treated me which was EXCELLENT. I visited them at an expo in February and made a great deal on a camper with the condition that I complete the deal in April. Even though I haven't been able to make it to the Omaha store I absolutely love their customer service they provide. Their employees have empathy for people from all walks of life. So very happy with the immediate response I got from them after a fire took everything I owned when my RV caught fire 3 weeks ago.
Cody was an amazing resource to helping us find the RV we are looking for! Unfortunately, they did not have the model we wanted in stock but, Cody was patient and kind in getting us information on ordering RVs. There is always a big concern with sales men pushing sales onto customers and the worry of feeling guilted into a sale, but Kody made the experience so enjoyable. Hope to order a unit from them soon and get on the road. Thank Kody.
After a breakdown on a metro freeway a few weeks back, we were told by four other RV repair shops that we'd have to wait 2 months before they could get us in. AC Nelson got us in! As a bonus, they were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Overall, we had a great experience with them!
