Terrible experience all around. Their finance team is a joke. All of our paperwork had wrong information, including the VIN, state we live in, and loan terms. Every time we talked to them we'd get a different answer on rates and payments. But little did we know this was the least of our worries. Purchasing and financing was fine, but their title office does not communicate with you at all, I’ve been trying to cancel my extended warranty for almost two months and Jess Eads will not communicate at all on where the refund check is. She’s had the cancellation forms for almost two months.

After a breakdown on a metro freeway a few weeks back, we were told by four other RV repair shops that we'd have to wait 2 months before they could get us in. AC Nelson got us in! As a bonus, they were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Overall, we had a great experience with them!
