We had great service! When my wife made the service appointment she had shared with the young lady that we were trying to go camping the same week of our appointment. When I showed up at the service desk at 13811 L streets. The young man (evan?) Told me he saw we we trying to go camping the next day. I told him that was true. He asked me what time we were leaving and I told him ideally we would leave at 100pm. They diagnosed and fixed my travel trailer by 1030 the next day! I was on the road by 130pm . Bought my RV 5th wheel camper last year and stayed in it full-time while I was stationed out of state. Had to get some repairs done by a mobile service technician and Nate was able to assist in the process of getting reimbursed for the expenses. Nate was also able to help me get my RV on the schedule for maintenance/service shortly after returning. Top notch service team and look forward to working with him for all of my RV concerns.
Mary and Nate took excellent care of my camper. With less than a full week to work with they got me a new air conditioner installed.

We brought a used camper May of 21 used it 3 times. There is water damage to the center slide, AC has had the camper back since October 2025. Now 2/26. They called and said everything was fixed. Picked it up and nothing was fixed. tech said no way a leaky AC unit could cause this. Said they resealed it. They inspected this camper prior to pick up and said it was good to go.
