I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They have shown a lack of respect for their interpreters, with poor communication being a major issue. Calls and texts go unanswered, and there is no follow-up or acknowledgment of concerns. As an interpreter, it's incredibly frustrating to work in an environment where your time and efforts are not valued or respected. I hope they take steps to improve their professionalism and communication moving forward.
We had a great experience with Accurate Communication. I reached out to them on a Saturday to help us find an ASL translator for Tuesday! Not only did Nicole answer the phone on a weekend, she continued to keep me informed throughout the weekend on her progress. She quickly found someone in hours and she coordinated difficult covid testing stipulations. She did it all with kindness and professionalism. They translated my papers for my visa application. I was in a rush and they did a great job. Fast service too. People are nice there and speak English.
They don't pay well. Very cheap. People work hard and they try to low ball their employees.
the following is my opinion based on my experience. interpreter services almost $200 for $100 visit. so expensive and owner is rude.
