They are so good in what they do. I had 2 other companies and they never were as good as Action Termite and Pest Control. I never see any bugs in my home. The staff is great and they are professional and respectful. They always show up on the day of the appointment. They do a terrific job exterminating any bug I ever had. I highly recommend them.
Action was here on Monday and did a thorough inspection for our termite check up. Also he inspected our previous ant 🐜 problem by re-applying the chemicals to the areas that were still problematic. He was extremely compassionate about the situation. I look forward to seeing him again for all my appointments. Action Thank you.
Paul came to my residence even a bit earlier than expected. He called first to see if it was ok. I was happy. Very respectful. He is knowledgeable, competent, easy to talk with and professional. I hope he continues to be the person for my next application. Happy to say, Action has kept my home bug free.
It seems that when I call and I am promised a call back, it never comes. This has happened again. I called after being serviced that I still had ants in my kitchen. The girl I spoke to was very nice when I told her my problem. She explained that if the serviceman sprayed around my kitchen window on the outside, it could not be done again, but if he didn't, she could send someone out. Guy came here with an attitude and a screwdriver. He was banking on my walls and trim like a construction worker. He made a hole in my wall with his screwdriver and denied it. This really pussed me off. The hole was the shape of a Phillips head. He said it was there along with the broken plaster and paint chipped on the floor. I told him to leave and called customer service. My husband had to plaster this.
