Due to a recent bat invasion of my attic, I've had extensive experience with office and tech employees over several weeks this October. To a one, all were professional, efficient, and friendly. Alex was the technician we had here today and he was very professional and one of the best we have had. I would like to have him come for all of our appointments in the future.
I’ve had different experiences with 2 different inspections. I would like to continue with Action as long as I have the same inspector as I had this year come out each year! It also would be very helpful if you had a history of my homes inspection results. When I called your office this year, they tell me that you don’t keep a history, which I find absolutely unbelievable? Please advise.
