I was experiencing an issue where my carpet was flooded with water. Jay, Kenny and Dubb were all very helpful throughout the entire process. They came every day to check on the progress of the carpet drying and had the carpet shampooed to remove the remaining stench from the wet carpet. They’re always very prompt with addressing issues. After 21 years, I decided to downsize and move from a large home back to apartment living.. My experience with apartment living was so negative prior to moving into my home 21 years ago. I moved here January 31st and upon my move in I did my own walkthrough and whatever I found during that and my major first clean I submitted a maintenance request. This was the fastest response I’ve ever received from a concord maintenance crew! J came in and repaired my leaking sink from the previous tenants in both bathrooms my loose faucet in my kitchen sink and a host of other issues. Thank you so much for doing an awesome job! Now I can finally enjoy my apartment the right way!
