I was experiencing an issue where my carpet was flooded with water. Jay, Kenny and Dubb were all very helpful throughout the entire process. They came every day to check on the progress of the carpet drying and had the carpet shampooed to remove the remaining stench from the wet carpet. They’re always very prompt with addressing issues. Honestly if it wasn’t for maintenance, I probably would’ve moved out by now. staff were very kind, got me in very quickly and understanding. everyone i met or had an interaction with were very pleasant. i felt supported by ms.Jessica,ms.Mariluz and their team members. they also work overtime to make sure that I have my key for the end of the day. I’m in love with the apartment. thank you very much for the support and the help.

Mary Luz , Marilou’s & Jessica are the best. They had patience with me and got me in my app the same day my app was approved they worked over time to make sure we got our keys. The experience I had during the process was nice they made me feel at home. I spoke to other residents and they love it here. My kitchen is beautiful, bathroom is cute & the closet space is huge!!!

Big shoutout to the maintenance team! They're always super fast, friendly, and get things done right the first time. It really makes a difference knowing we can count on them. Like, I had an issue with my stove on a Sunday morning, and someone came out to help on their day off. Really appreciate all the hard work they put in behind the scenes!
