I contacted these people to help me with back taxes and just like they say in the reviews they wanted me to pay $1200 right away or they said they probably wouldn’t be able to help me for various different reasons. Tax scam company beware. They targeted my mother-in-law, and for the life of me, I can't figure out how she rationalized sending this company $70k without asking for a single shred of proof that her case was progressing. I reached out on her behalf, and they even told me that a case manager had a meeting with an IRS agent 'just yesterday.' This company is definitely a scam! Since day one I’ve been transferred from one case worker to another case worker with no communication! When I finally got a hold of someone all they told me were a bunch of empty promises of what they would do for me and how they will help me. I asked for a refund of $1,500 (which I doubt they will refund me that amount that I paid) and I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau and also the Federal Trade Commission for unethical practices towards consumers. This is the worst company to work with for your tax services. You will spend weeks if not months calling to get an update on your tax after they get their payment. You can choose them at your own risk. Beware of their contact document, don't rush into it because what they say by mouth, is not what's in the contract.
Literally EVERYONE I have had contact with in various departments handling specific tasks regarding my taxes, especially all my back-tax complications I got myself into, has been absolutely wonderful to work with.
