I contacted these people to help me with back taxes and just like they say in the reviews they wanted me to pay $1200 right away or they said they probably wouldn’t be able to help me for various different reasons. When I told the girl I was talking to. Her name was Kendall Tate. That I needed time to look farther into their company before I could give them my money. She started getting very aggressive. This is the worst company to work with for your tax services. You will spend weeks if not months calling to get an update on your tax after they get their payment. You can choose them at your own risk. Beware of their contact document, don't rush into it because what they say by mouth, is not what's in the contract.
This company is definitely a scam! Since day one I’ve been transferred from one case worker to another case worker with no communication! When I finally got a hold of someone all they told me were a bunch of empty promises of what they would do for me and how they will help me. I asked for a refund of $1,500 (which I doubt they will refund me that amount that I paid) and I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau and also the Federal Trade Commission for unethical practices towards consumers. Earlier this year, we contacted American tax services to get our taxes squared away. I was encouraged to pay the fee quickly so we can get started. As soon as I paid $1500 for assistance with our taxes, I received an email to sign power of attorney over to this company. I was not given any instructions as to why, so we were apprehensive to sign power of attorney to strangers.
