The first thing that strikes you is how friendly, polite and helpful all the staff are. When checking stock via telephone or in store the service is exemplary and they will go out of their way to help you. I have never had a problem in all the years I have been using the Baird showroom in Hatton Garden's and I will continue to use them as my "go to supplier" for all my future bullion needs. 5* all around

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I paid for delivery, yet they never seem to deliver at a reasonable time or even leave the parcel at the delivery address. After more than a week of repeatedly telling them the times I’m available, nothing has changed. To make matters worse, they told me there’s no refund and that I have to pay again for re delivery. The customer service has been terrible from start to finish. I will never buy from this useless company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. -1 star company.

I recently purchased gold from Baird & Co, and the experience was excellent. The process was smooth, transparent, and professional from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The quality of the gold and the secure packaging met my expectations.
