My mother in law Brigette lived in these apartments for 3 years in a handicap apartment she is disabled, her unit was flooding constantly. She kept reporting to office every month was new manger . Nothing ever got done she started getting sick and she has a history of lupus , congestion heart failure and a heart monitor in the unit. They never came to accommodate her on anything, she never had violations or any late rent payments. I've lived here for 3 years and I have seen this apartment during to good and bad this apartments are great but I don't recommend for kids 2 years ago there was a shoot out and it was horrible. There is a roach infestation but I noticed that the amazing workers and maintenance worker are working on it. They rarely answer the phone but the maintenance people get so fed up with this apartments they give up. That's why I took one star away, but overall I'm glad there's finally a magager.

I wish i could give them 0 stars. This is the worst apartment complex to stay at. They are rude. Unorganized and very unprofessional. They’re dirty , they don’t reply to maintenance orders and they never have the same people in management for longer than a month.They lose paper work then blame you, they don’t communicate. I would not recommend staying here if it was the last place on earth!

DO NOT RENT OVER HERE my father applied yesterday they denied him because of traffic violations he had in 2002 , 2010 normally apartments don’t go back atleast 7 years for any criminal they said they go back very far “you could’ve been 9 “ they wouldn’t have approved also I called TransUnion who they used to run applications through they haven’t seen a application be ran under his name and social since 2024 which means they did not run him through or criminal history

I put a review a week ago. It’s crazy how I was in store and this lady was talking to some other lady saying she was visiting a friend walking down the sidewalk and the lady in these apartments Bellingham park was getting water out of her apartment it was building 2 In the front facing parking lot I felt so bad for the lady .
