This was my worst apartment yet. Do not live here. It has roach issues all over the complex of apartments. My sink fell completely in while there and they never properly fixed it my toilet on kids side never worked properly even though I put in several work orders no professional was sent out after maintenance could fix it . The management changed like 6 times since I was there I stayed a year and a half…before we got kicked out for my guest parking backwards: reverse.. they did not console with me first about the issue of m... read more

Hiiii !!!! I honestly have no problem while living here to be honest the apartments are actually very nice prior to my last rentals ! Also the application process was very simple and easy with the stafff reaching out to me with information while my move in date approached. Till this day I don’t have an issue with anything 🙂
More needs to be done about noise ordinance at night and over flowing of trash outside of dumpsters and bags of trash under starways. Management has been notified and still little is done.
Please do not move here! I have been living at Bellingham Apartments for some time now, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite numerous emails and complaints, the management seems to be unresponsive and ineffective in addressing the issues. There are vehicles that have been parked and unused for months, some even up to 2 years, yet they are not towed as promised.
