Hiiii !!!! I honestly have no problem while living here to be honest the apartments are actually very nice prior to my last rentals ! Also the application process was very simple and easy with the stafff reaching out to me with information while my move in date approached. Till this day I don’t have an issue with anything 🙂
Please do not move here! I have been living at Bellingham Apartments for some time now, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite numerous emails and complaints, the management seems to be unresponsive and ineffective in addressing the issues. There are vehicles that have been parked and unused for months, some even up to 2 years, yet they are not towed as promised. This place is not a good place especially for kids you get your car towed for parking reverse and they have no signs up saying do reverse but it’s ok for other cars to be reversed cause they are not here too move there cars there is shooting around here management around here has been horrible DO NOT RENT HERE AT ALL these two cars are allowed to stay park reversed not fair for other ppl that live in this complex And this place is very messy they don’t keep up with lawn
Apartment was nice but cheaply made. When I came to view the apt it was not an accessible unit, However they put me in an accessible unit without consent and I couldn’t do anything about it. Master bedroom ac vent remained closed the whole year I lived in the unit bc it was improperly installed. My sink fell completely. They don’t not ever come to fix anything as needed.
