Please do not move here! I have been living at Bellingham Apartments for some time now, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite numerous emails and complaints, the management seems to be unresponsive and ineffective in addressing the issues. There are vehicles that have been parked and unused for months, some even up to 2 years, yet they are not towed as promised. Apartment was nice but cheaply made. When I came to view the apt it was not an accessible unit, However they put me in an accessible unit without consent and I couldn’t do anything about it. Master bedroom ac vent remained closed the whole year I lived in the unit bc it was improperly installed. My sink fell completely. They don’t not ever come to fix anything as needed. nice apartments, but the management is horrible they take forever to take care of your needs… while we lived there our sink fell in the middle of the night yes fell they took a MONTH to fix it a Month I had a tower of dishes with a new born in the house!!! We moved out in November and we patched the walls we painted where we had to we left the apartment spotless!!!! This is worst apt ever. They are unorganized, every week it’s new office people that have no clue on what the people before them was doing. They had portal to pay rent down for month's when pay with money order the don’t post the payment ask for 6 months of receipts 3 times still don’t correct issue. Maintenance men don’t fix anything they do pay j work. Never encountered anything like this. Parking spots are measured wrong 😑. They really need new management!
Love this place!!! It’s quiet ! Out the way! Perfect place to build something awesome with my daughter! Apartment’s are spacious as well.
