We had an absolute magical time over Christmas with our family. We rented a whole house and we all slept so well. Everything we needed was there. It was even nice to have a washer and dryer, so we did not have to bring dirty clothing home. I said we should should make this place our new Christmas tradition. I even caught Santa visiting. Thank you to everyone for taking good care of us.
We had a 3 bedroom 6 people plenty of room for all. It was nice being able to cook do laundry. Next time we can plan better for food and stuff. Kitchen needs a few more things like one more baking sheet and a larger skillet. So next time we will plan for that. And of course we will definitely plan for like bringing spices we need. All in all it was amazing. Chris helped us out a lot. Hope he works here for a long time.
When we arrived they had the fireplace going just enough lighting for a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We came in late and they had a package with our keys and the next day we checked in. It was very easy and the staff was very nice.
Great place to view the lake. Immaculate grounds and rooms. Was really fun to ride our personal elevator to the widows walk to sit in sun. Only problem, which isn't much is the knives weren't sharp, even the replacements we asked for, also one bed upstairs was lumpy, luckily we had many to choose from. As a pollinator lover, I found the continuous outdoor nighttime lighting to be disconcerting. Would be better to have motion detection. Moths are confused easily. Am sure it's really everywhere.
I had a very disappointing experience with Branson Nantucket. The lack of communication and consistency among their departments—marketing, front desk, and booking—is astounding. Each one seems to have a completely different story, which made planning my stay incredibly frustrating.
