We have had an excellent experience with the property manager Ms. Payne. My elderly mother who hasn’t moved in 14 years, is very anxious about moving. Ms. Payne has taken the best care of her I could ever ask for. She has answered all the numerous questions and shown care and patience in her excellent customer service. Just moved in 3 weeks ago. Since day 1 Ms Bessie worked with me to get me into my home. It was a quick 2 week process that felt like a few days. She got all my information in the system quick, everything down to the simplicity was the most impressive part to me. She walked me step by step through the process and a nice tour of the entire complex. As a veteran myself, i would recommend all my brothers and sisters to move here and enjoy the peace like i do.
I've been a resident at City Square Lofts for 5 years. Recently Bessie Payne took on the role as Property Manager. I can honestly say the changes on the property are positive and noticeable. She has been addressing any issues brought to her with immediate results. I'm thankful for her time and attention as a resident. 2025 will be a great year for CSL.
Im soon to move in a place here in the Downtown Garland area, where activity is high ..food, bars, family venues and artsy vibes! Havent seen my actual unit yet, but the spaces i have are nice, the building is beautifully kept with plenty amenities, accommodating and the staff is lovely. Ms B Payne is definitely a real human being who shows genuine care in Vets and all ppl around/entering her domain. A true atmosphere, and i love that. Eager to move in ♤
