We have had an excellent experience with the property manager Ms. Payne. My elderly mother who hasn’t moved in 14 years, is very anxious about moving. Ms. Payne has taken the best care of her I could ever ask for. She has answered all the numerous questions and shown care and patience in her excellent customer service. I've been a resident at City Square Lofts for 5 years. Recently Bessie Payne took on the role as Property Manager. I can honestly say the changes on the property are positive and noticeable. She has been addressing any issues brought to her with immediate results. I'm thankful for her time and attention as a resident. 2025 will be a great year for CSL.
I've lived here for three years and I want to stay here as long as I can. It's is a quiet, clean and comfortable place to live. All the staff are attentive and kind people. City Square Lofts is located in a walkable neighborhood that has improved more and more during my time here and I really feel like I'm part of the community.
I have been at City Square Loft for 4 years. My first manager was awesome and then left shortly after I moved in. Management after that was rough for a few years but we have a great manager now. She is so involved and has made the environment peaceful and a place to call a home. A place my kids are safe to play outside and always clea. We are blessed to have her and anyone who lives here is to.
