I renewed my lease for another year, and I so wish I hadn’t. 1.) one of the elevators has been broken for MONTHS 2.) the front doors leading into the building are broken as well, homeless ppl come in/out. I renewed because I can't afford to move. They're constantly changing management. Something in the apartments are constantly breaking down. They half fix things or not at all. We used to have two elevators but one hasn't worked in over two years. They used to mop the floors in the hallways but haven't now in over three months. The floors are grimy, the hallways stink. They have a posted phone number and email to contact "upper" management that no one answers or responds to. The electricity went out in all of our storage room... read more

We have had an excellent experience with the property manager Ms. Payne. My elderly mother who hasn’t moved in 14 years, is very anxious about moving. Ms. Payne has taken the best care of her I could ever ask for. She has answered all the numerous questions and shown care and patience in her excellent customer service.
