I have been living at City Square Lofts since January, and as a single mom the process was much smoother than I expected thanks to Kenzye. She truly tried to help me in every way she could and kept me informed about any changes or updates regarding my apartment before my move-in date, which I really appreciated. The elevator never works, I have neighbors that are elderly and haven’t been able to leave their apartment for weeks at a time. One of my neighbors may lose their job to not being able to get down stairs due to a disability. They will respond saying they love us but they don’t. The pool has not been able to be used for 2 years. They charge you for trash removal and they don’t remove it. I renewed because I can't afford to move. They're constantly changing management. Something in the apartments are constantly breaking down. They half fix things or not at all. We used to have two elevators but one hasn't worked in over two years. They used to mop the floors in the hallways but haven't now in over three months. The floors are grimy, the hallways stink. They have a posted phone number and email to contact "upper" management that no one answers or responds to. The electricity went out in all of our storage room... read more
