I would not recommend City Square Lofts based on my move-out experience. I was a resident at City Square Lofts for approximately three years, and during that time, management changed more than four times. Unfortunately, the constant turnover seemed to contribute to inconsistent communication, poor accountability, and a lack of continuity in addressing resident concerns. Recent edit: Neighbor's toilet busted and leaked down into my apartment. It has been 2 whole weeks and nothing has been communicated to me about repair or mold treatment. Or how they will be preventing this from happening again and possibly harming me or ruining my belongings. I guess they think I live here for free? Anything that rarely is communicated from front office is also always very unprofessional, they are more worried about cleaning the pool during winter, residents pets, or when they put out their trash. I have been living at City Square Lofts since January, and as a single mom the process was much smoother than I expected thanks to Kenzye. She truly tried to help me in every way she could and kept me informed about any changes or updates regarding my apartment before my move-in date, which I really appreciated. Kenzye clearly has a lot on her plate as an assistant manager, but she handles everything with grace and patience. The elevator never works, I have neighbors that are elderly and haven’t been able to leave their apartment for weeks at a time. One of my neighbors may lose their job to not being able to get down stairs due to a disability. They will respond saying they love us but they don’t. The pool has not been able to be used for 2 years. They charge you for trash removal and they don’t remove it.
