Everyone was great with the first impressions but now that I have lived here over a month I have quickly learned Heather seems to be the only manager at this property that actually cares about the residents, unfortunately she works under Bessie whom I've heard many negative comments about from many residents as of recently. I renewed because I can't afford to move. They're constantly changing management. Something in the apartments are constantly breaking down. They half fix things or not at all. We used to have two elevators but one hasn't worked in over two years. They used to mop the floors in the hallways but haven't now in over three months. The floors are grimy, the hallways stink. They have a posted phone number and email to contact "upper" management that no one answers or responds to. The electricity went out in all of our storage room... read more

I renewed my lease for another year, and I so wish I hadn’t. 1.) one of the elevators has been broken for MONTHS 2.) the front doors leading into the building are broken as well, homeless ppl come in/out. Residents are supposed to scan in. 3.) the pool has been closed all summer. 4.) blood & urine in the 1 elevator that is working, multiple times. 5.) The new girl Kenzee is so so sweet an patient! She remind me so much of last manager lady! Each time I walk thru the office to go visit my fam all I see is her happy smilin face at the Square!!🙏🏿

I visited earlier this week and had a great experience with Heather and Bessie! Such professional ladies n work so well together just wow I would luv to live here! I talked to a new gal Kenzy today and she was very polite & respectful!! Great staff!!!
