I renewed because I can't afford to move. They're constantly changing management. Something in the apartments are constantly breaking down. They half fix things or not at all. We used to have two elevators but one hasn't worked in over two years. They used to mop the floors in the hallways but haven't now in over three months. The floors are grimy, the hallways stink. I renewed my lease for another year, and I so wish I hadn’t. 1.) one of the elevators has been broken for MONTHS 2.) the front doors leading into the building are broken as well, homeless ppl come in/out. Residents are supposed to scan in. 3.) the pool has been closed all summer. 4.) blood & urine in the 1 elevator that is working, multiple times. 5.)
