I want to advise anyone not to hire these people. They have had so many turn over. And failed me as a client and the finance department is just cleaning their end, and especially the legal department, the lawyers that helped me, have left the firm and inpaid off my debt and the experts that they still needed to pursue to take court order expenses have left me on red and failed to pursue the party all because now the lawyers that were there are gone. Claery & Hammond are very sharp minded and experienced. They care and are eager for clients to not be taken advantage of and to be treated fairly.They helped me so much and gave the best advice and guidance for my situation. They were very detailed and cautious to ensure that I understood everything they said. They also call in between to check and see how you are doing with everything and if you have any new questions. I hope I won't need them in the future, but if I do, They are are my lawyers now. What a relief.
When I first had my free consultation with Claery & Hammonds law firm I told them I was from Oregon and I need a good lawyer to represent me and I told them I was a single mom making $19an hour and I couldn’t afford a whole lot financially they told me everything I wanted to hear, when I decided to take them on as my representation I had to put down a $2000 retainer and they blew through that within the first week just to file my paperwork and after that the fees just kept going up, even tho I made payments on time I was st... read more
BEWARE! will tell you to pay a retainer but then they will charge you thousands as the weeks go by for nothing at all...... no morals..... horrible experience!!!
