My process of moving into The Reserve at Clyde Morris Landing was smooth. The application process was easy. Once approved Austin in the Leasing Dept. transition my move in with no worries. He was very helpful and attentive with helping me get all the information I needed. Got my keys and I have been happy in my new apartment going on 4 months now. If you want a reasonable affordable place check them out, you want be disappointed
I want to put zero star. Worst office ever, unprofessional staff, never answer phone, never return phone calls even if they promised, I sent five emails and only got one reply the next day. We wanted to rent 3 rooms, but a staff member suggested I don't need to fill in my brother's information, it can save 90 dollars per person application fee, but in the end we were rejected because of 2 people's income is too high. When I first moved in, I thought this would be a well-maintained, quiet complex. but it’s been one issue after another. I will say the units themselves have a nice interior, and I’ve had no problems with bugs. The three management staff I’ve interacted with: Krystal, Erika, and Austin, have all been kind and respectful. But that’s about where the positives end. From the start, the process was frustrating. I did an application around 9pm 4 days ago, called the next morning to cancel in which I was told the holding fee would be refunded, well today I get a call to which the guy said it was not, I asked since it was no fault of my own for their mis info what they were gonna do, simply replied nothing, didn't care, just kept saying yeah, when told about the BBB and reviews he didn't care either, terrible company, terrible employees, just slum Lord thieves.
