To be honest there has been 1 murder in my building. I could not let my child go outside for months because of him getting physically attacked by groups of other kids. Being on the bottom floor we have been terrorized from the out of control children. The price goes up and the quality goes down every year. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I’ve tried calling Clayde Morris Landing Apartments at least 15 times over the past 7 days, and no one has answered or returned any of my calls. I live 3 hours away from Daytona Beach and urgently need information regarding $350 that was charged on top of the $360 application fee. I have no way to reach anyone and no idea if the $350 is refundable or not. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. Would rate them a zero if I could. So many bad experiences here. I was loyal to this complex for 3 years and got no loyalty back. Moved in when they first opened and seen this complex go down the drain. Roaches from neighbors. Trash everywhere in the parking lot. People getting robbed and killed. Not to mention upon move out deep cleaned the entire apartment and got 800+ taken away from my deposit for all things that are considered wear and tear. Honestly this complex was one of the worst ones I’ve lived in. The kids run around unsupervised, the trash compactors were always broken and the trash was piled high next to it, my car was constantly getting scratched and dinged up, my dishwasher broke not once but twice due to an issue with 2 parts that weren’t installed correctly. Racist. One of the lady that work in the office name Suzanne or Susan, said the N word as she was walking by our door and I got it on my dash door camara recorded for evidence. I will be speaking to a lawyer to file a lawsuit againt this company concordrent for discrimination and racism. If corporate office want to see the video. I be more then happy to show them too.
