My process of moving into The Reserve at Clyde Morris Landing was smooth. The application process was easy. Once approved Austin in the Leasing Dept. transition my move in with no worries. He was very helpful and attentive with helping me get all the information I needed. Got my keys and I have been happy in my new apartment going on 4 months now. If you want a reasonable affordable place check them out, you want be disappointed
Don’t move out here unless u REALLY REALLY have to . When I say they try all types of ways to get extra money out of u they do. They increase rent without notification they tow your vehicle for ANYTHING especially when you pay for an extra parking spot. Maintenance is always short . Big complex with nothing for the kids to do. Just don’t move out here unless it’s for a short period of time or unless you have to. Been here 3 years and so ready to go
Would rate them a zero if I could. So many bad experiences here. I was loyal to this complex for 3 years and got no loyalty back. Moved in when they first opened and seen this complex go down the drain. Roaches from neighbors. Trash everywhere in the parking lot. People getting robbed and killed. Not to mention upon move out deep cleaned the entire apartment and got 800+ taken away from my deposit for all things that are considered wear and tear. I did an application around 9pm 4 days ago, called the next morning to cancel in which I was told the holding fee would be refunded, well today I get a call to which the guy said it was not, I asked since it was no fault of my own for their mis info what they were gonna do, simply replied nothing, didn't care, just kept saying yeah, when told about the BBB and reviews he didn't care either, terrible company, terrible employees, just slum Lord thieves. To be honest there has been 1 murder in my building. I could not let my child go outside for months because of him getting physically attacked by groups of other kids. Being on the bottom floor we have been terrorized from the out of control children. The price goes up and the quality goes down every year. There is always garbage everywhere and full bags of garbage people just leave wherever, shopping bags stuck in trees blowing in the wind, a should be beautiful lake full of trash and a should be nice community always trash... read more
