I recently got approved and the transition was seamless. Erika was awesome. She ensured that checked up regularly with new updates. It was almost as if she was the one getting the apartment. She is very professional and knowledgeable during the application process. She’s the best!

My father lives here, and I couldn't be more grateful for Kathy and all of her help!! Thank you so much for your patience every time we've needed it. It's very comforting to know that my dad has someone he can come to when I'm not around. Thank you again for making my dad love his home!!

My process of moving into The Reserve at Clyde Morris Landing was smooth. The application process was easy. Once approved Austin in the Leasing Dept. transition my move in with no worries. He was very helpful and attentive with helping me get all the information I needed. Got my keys and I have been happy in my new apartment going on 4 months now. If you want a reasonable affordable place check them out, you want be disappointed

everything is terrible. The application process requires a lot of information to be filled out, and after filling it out, a lot of additional information is required, which is very much. It can't be completed in a few days. I asked and confirmed many times, and the staff told us that the 350 dollar deposit can be refunded. So we wanted to cancel the application and get a refund after renting other better apartments. The email never got a reply. Maintenance workers are very helpful. I've received help from several of them especially Tommy. They do an excellent job of keeping the grounds tidy and clean, as well as offering assistance where needed.
