Roomy, modern, professionally managed, clean and quiet. Very affordable and responsive office staff. Erika was great and tireless in our lengthy move in process.
I have a friend that resides there and needs to move due to declining health and we have called the office, stopped by the office no one there at 10:05 am in the morning. We have even tried to email to address on the door it can back. Their policy says 30 days prior with letter from doctor, we cannot get anyone to give notice too. Very disappointing for a senior to go through this.
Love my two bedroom, two bath unit.Very modern and has everything I need. My friends are envious!! Screened in patio is the extra bonus! The only thing I need is a parking spot closer to my unit as I'm disabled. I am on a waiting list which I appreciate. Thank you!
The coolest day in the year and I have no heart in my apartment. I put in order in for the air conditioner because it was making weird noises. Maintenance came the same day and said " it's fine " Later on that night, when the temperature dropped, I turned on the heat and it was making noises, even louder than the air conditioner. At 3am the noise was so loud that I had to turn the heat off. I called resident services and she was very polite and concerned about the situation. This place is disgusting and young adults, teens, AND kids are SO messy. You got an elevator and still don’t know how to act.
