I have lived on this property for a couple years. The management team and maintenance staff are amazing! It just keeps getting better and better! The property is landscaped beautifully. My building is clean and quiet. I love my apartment with the patio facing the lake and fountain! A Huge Thank You to the Leasing Manager & Team: Kathleen, Alexis, Howard & James! The lady next door our neighbor have the music loud, the people up stair can't let you sleep, walking hard. This apartment complex are built so cheap you can hear your neighbors. I wouldn't be renewed our lease again here. Then you have kids at the parking lot scratching cars. This is a nightmare.
Roomy, modern, professionally managed, clean and quiet. Very affordable and responsive office staff. Erika was great and tireless in our lengthy move in process.
I have a friend that resides there and needs to move due to declining health and we have called the office, stopped by the office no one there at 10:05 am in the morning. We have even tried to email to address on the door it can back. Their policy says 30 days prior with letter from doctor, we cannot get anyone to give notice too. Very disappointing for a senior to go through this.
