If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do NOT rent here. The leasing office is very unprofessional. Had problems from the start and instead of trying to resolve the issues we got attitude. First night the apartment flooded and a/c was not working. Called emergency maintenance and no one returned our call nor came. Not even the next day or the day after. Well, well, where should l start. This place is a NO please protect your peace and money. I was a resident for 4 years just recently moved out almost 2 weeks now. This place is all about money & the property has went down tremendously. Needless to say nothing gets done when work orders get in and the management baby! They are rude Andrea and Jeannie. Currently a resident here, although the apartments are a good price point- this entire complex is a mess. Maintenance crew is great, very busy and very friendly but front office is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve had non stop issues since moving in. My Unit was NOT cleaned from the previous tenant, old rotten food/juices & mold everywhere- fridge/dish washer/dryer/oven&stove. The employees of the office are rude, I've heard from residents that their pool never works and advice if you have children, who have them locked up due to office employees 🙄 accusing your children of other residents' children actions. Littering when we all know what children are doing that. ➕️ allowing others to go far except some cultures can't run far. Besides that is a beautiful place to live, just must get better in many ways but grateful that I have a roof
The employees here are lazy with getting things done. It has been almost two months since I’ve moved out and I still haven’t received my deposit back. They keep making excuses as to why they haven’t done my walk through. Same issue I had moving in. Taking then over two months to get everything going.
