Units are fine, but the amenities are nonfunctional. The pool door is permanently jammed. Not locked, but cannot be opened because of metal to metal friction.
Victoria and Andrea were amazing. As soon as walked in I felt at home. super polite and professional no doubt. Im Blessed to have a place I can call home thanks to them. Definitely recommending them to my friends and family.
Every time I go in the office, I am met my the sweetest most professional person, Andrea, who is always willing help you the best that she can. It is a joy to enter the office because of her.
The new manager on property Victoria is awesome! As one of the vendors working on the property it is great to have someone in the office so proactive about getting things done. The leasing agent in the front office is amazing as well!
STAY AWAY VENDORS - 90 Days past due on payment and still no end in sight. Onsite management has no answers and they refer you to HQ for updates. Rise HQ doesn't answer their phones or emails. This is criminal at this point. Vendors stay far far away from this company. You will never get paid.
