At first was really nice when janine was around she was really nice and understandable, sweet but when she left everything changed started to find roaches in the apartment I kept it clean as possible I reported many times they would be ok we will put you down and pest control comes Wednesdays it will be weeks days I tried to remind them again still notning when we tried to talk to them about rent we were behind tried calling at first they understand and is difficult but then I saw how unprofessional they are , they don't ca... read more
Units are fine, but the amenities are nonfunctional. The pool door is permanently jammed. Not locked, but cannot be opened because of metal to metal friction.
Victoria and Andrea were amazing. As soon as walked in I felt at home. super polite and professional no doubt. Im Blessed to have a place I can call home thanks to them. Definitely recommending them to my friends and family.
Every time I go in the office, I am met my the sweetest most professional person, Andrea, who is always willing help you the best that she can. It is a joy to enter the office because of her.
The new manager on property Victoria is awesome! As one of the vendors working on the property it is great to have someone in the office so proactive about getting things done. The leasing agent in the front office is amazing as well!
