“I’ve lived at Colorado Creek Apartments for over 5 years, and it’s been a wonderful place to call home. The community is quiet and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and plenty of green space. My apartment was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and any maintenance issues I had were always addressed quickly and professionally. Victoria and Andrea have been amazing and helpful throughout my time here, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Units are fine, but the amenities are nonfunctional. The pool door is permanently jammed. Not locked, but cannot be opened because of metal to metal friction.
ZERRRRRRRRO STARS!!!!!! THESE APARRTMENTS SUCK! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS AND ONLY CARE ABOUT THE RENT BEING PAID ON TIME! I HAVE PUT IN COUNTLESS OF MAINTENANCE REQUESTS FOR MY CLOSET RACK BEING BROKEN, HOT WATER NOT WORKING, AND DRYER NOT WORKNG! ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH & NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED! I SPOKE WITH THE NEW MANAGMENT AND HE JUST SAYS "THEY WILL BE THERE TOMORROW TO FIX IT" AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP! Victoria and Andrea were amazing. As soon as walked in I felt at home. super polite and professional no doubt. Im Blessed to have a place I can call home thanks to them. Definitely recommending them to my friends and family.
