This place has been one of the hardest apartment complexes to deal with, they add and charge tenants more then they should especially at move out. They don’t document payments, add move out charges to the move out. I don’t recommend this place. Unprofessional staff, and the owners are a joke. -1000000000000 stars. No matter how professional they say they have been I have photos and emails and videos etc. that show otherwise. I’m not a fan of hearsay. Facts are facts. 1/9/26: Fire trucks are here and several gas leaks have been found. AGAIN. my neighbor has been sick for weeks and just got out of the hospital due to carbon monoxide poisoning. If I can give no stars I would. Let me start off by saying I lived at Colorado creek apartments for about 3 years. I started off in a 1 bedroom apartment and decided to move into a 2 bedroom after my lease ended. Long story short last year April 30th 2025 my lease was ending and I wanted to move out due to having a moldy apartment for about 6 months they did not make a effort to fix until the last few days of me moving out. Severe health and safety failure — 1 star I have experienced an ongoing roach infestation since April 2025. Despite sending management multiple emails and submitting numerous maintenance requests, the only response for months was to spray a product intended for outdoor use inside my apartment, which was ineffective. I later discovered that the property did not maintain a professional pest control contract for several months.
