Pros: -new apartment with updated appliances -cute floorplans -great maintenance team Cons: -tenants don’t clean behind themselves -there is a homeless shelter in the area and they often come into the building and steal packages and vandalize the property (breaking doors especially) -they charge for everything from special light bulbs, parking spots, the gym…everything -teens are taking over the building I have recently reported it but weed smoke, loud music and everything else teens do -no guest parking. I love the office staff at Amelia Court Apartments. They are always updated with everything that's going on with their property as well as updated with any issue's that's going on with their resident's residents.

So it looks like there is 2 different apartment complex run by the same company. Located directly next to each other. I did a review on Amelia court apartments not realizing this. After taking a visit over to Amelia court I was blown away that it's much cleaner at Amelia court and the layout is different. Concord apartments seems to be filled with the messy dirty nasty individuals that smoke in the hallways leaving the tobacco and food wrappings. Etc. Etc. D Friday to Monday morning a lot of garbage, no one to clean it. It is horrible to live in this building. Passages with a lot of smell of marijuana, a lot of strange people. I have problems with the heating and they don't know how to fix it. It happened very badly in this building. You can't sleep. .
