They are super friend and really know each dog that goes to the facility. We've been giving for years and never worry. Both my pups always have a good time and don't come home stressed at all, just tired from a big week. Our one dog isn't the most polite, but the staff are great with caring for her and take her on extra walks as needed since she doesn't participate in day care. Our other dog is a puppy with lots of energy. He came home happy and healthy, even came has better manners than when we dropped him off. 😆

Dan is the absolute best and has made our experiences over the past few months amazing here. He deserves a raise ❤️ While the pricing structure and strict policies can be a bit tedious at times, we’ve had nothing but great experiences with the care here and Harper LOVES it. I can’t ask for more than that when it comes to boarding or daycare.
Ripley was found tied to a tree in the middle of winter. He was afraid of everything, especially men. I tried several doggie daycares. He wouldn’t socialize, would be too much work and it wouldn’t be fair to the other dogs. He was turned down. Then I tried Creature Comfort. The staff invested in him with day boarding, enrichment activities and one on one socializing. The change was nothing less than miraculous. He loves his daycare days and I’ve never felt safer when I need to leave him. THANK YOU!!
First time staying there and highly recommend using another place! Check the reviews, picked up my dogs and spent 1k, they lost or misplaced my dogs bowl, the bath weren’t done to what they stated and asked for me to come back and they can do it. I was upset as job wasn’t done properly from beginning what they stated. Then after leaving no mangers were able to help and kept leaving messages for owner to call which never happened, then they stated my dog was aggressive which has never happened nor did they ever say that.
