I have lived at Creek view Apartments for a few years now and have absolutely loved the experience.These apartments are centrally located with easy access to schools,parks,grocery.Ive never had a bad experience with the office personell.They are very nice and accommodating.The maintenance doesa great job keeping the grounds clean from debris and are very timely with any work orders.Ive had nothing but a wonderful experience here and would recommend it to anyone!
I Definately recommend Anyone to move here to Creekview Apartments .Dont forget to Ask for the Manager Stephanie , is Courteous , quick, She will take care of you make you feel welcome coming into your new home here , She is Amazing ! Thanks sooo much Stephanie !!!! 🤩 👍👍
The only good thing here is the new maintenance guy. The previous one was a joke. Rude and worst management I have ever come across, the lady at the desk is not bad. Don’t be fooled with the amenities, you will hardly ever have access. I even paid for a fob but it is a waste as they have amenities closed. Trash system is trash.
Trying to get my A/C fixed from leaking is like trying to pull your teeth. My A/C leaks water every year, the floor panels were lifted from the base. My Heater starts smoking, smells like it's burning which triggers my smoke alarms whereas I have to call the fire dept every year. The grounds are dirty, trash everywhere. Maintenance came over 5 times to fix the AC. Ron from Corporate guaranteed me that I will never have anymore problems, because everything is fixed, they diverted the pipe to leak elsewhere. The front desk and manager were so dismissive of me the moment I walked in. I asked if there were any available units and she immediately said no, even though there is a “now leasing sign” available outside and after looking further they did in fact have units available. It was as if she simply did not want to do her job or give me any information what so ever. After several questions of whether or not this was an option and being told no to everything I just walked out. Honestly think I dodged a bullet with this one because... read more
