(This is long, sorry) - I just want to say a huge Thank you to all staff at Critter Fixers from the Vet Techs to the front staff, every single one and and big heartfelt Thank you to Dr. Hodges. My baby got sick months ago and he put in alot of work to find out what the real cause was, and we got the answer. After that it was a struggle daily for him and me. I brought my 13yr dog in because he was at the end and in pain. And the lady that came in was very cold and just shoved prices at me. I knew what to expect because I had to do this same thing a few years ago with my oldest dog. At the time we took her to a vet in Eaton and they were all very sweet and caring. This experience was not that. They came in and said 225 dollars to put him to sleep then 255 dollars to have him cremated if I wanted him back. They told me he was 45lbs which in fact he was not. unfortunately me and my husband had to take our bearded dragon to the vet due to terrible circumstances, but we were met with nothing but kindness and patience. they helped my baby bearded dragon as much as they could and i could truly tell they’re so passionate about animals small and large. this was my first time ever having to go there, and although our baby did pass away :( , the staff there did what they could to make it easier for us. i wasn’t aware they did what they did for loss of pets bc i’ve never lost my own but ... read more

Dr Hodges and the staff are so friendly and personable! Dr Hodges is a wealth of knowledge for all my animals from my fish, cows, cats, and new puppy. He's a one stop shop and that is amazing. I appreciate him taking time with them and making sure they stay up to date and are healthy. The technician was helpful by explaining procedures, vaccines, and the plan of care. I look forward to them keeping my critters happy for a long time! 🐕🐱🐂🐟

I stumbled into Critter Fixer on accident about a month with a very sick pup seeking a second opinion. Over the past month, the team here has gone absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND any vet or doctor I have ever been to to help me and my dog. Although my baby has since crossed the rainbow bridge, I will forever be grateful to Dr. Hodges and his team - Omar, Michelle, Cyndi, Beth, Savannah, Chloe, Taylor, Paul, Abraham, Jaci, Andrea, and anyone else who helped with our sweet baby girl. I am so grateful.
