First time visiting with a new puppy. We were taken back immediately to a room away from the other animals. Looking forward to along relationship with them taking care of my puppies needs
(This is long, sorry) - I just want to say a huge Thank you to all staff at Critter Fixers from the Vet Techs to the front staff, every single one and and big heartfelt Thank you to Dr. Hodges. My baby got sick months ago and he put in alot of work to find out what the real cause was, and we got the answer. After that it was a struggle daily for him and me. unfortunately me and my husband had to take our bearded dragon to the vet due to terrible circumstances, but we were met with nothing but kindness and patience. they helped my baby bearded dragon as much as they could and i could truly tell they’re so passionate about animals small and large. this was my first time ever having to go there, and although our baby did pass away :( , the staff there did what they could to make it easier for us. i wasn’t aware they did what they did for loss of pets bc i’ve never lost my own but ... read more
We had to say goodbye to our dog of 14 years and Dr. Silva was very kind and compassionate. She really put my mind at ease about to whole situation and she seems very empathetic. I was surprised by the private room with couches that we were able to be in to say out goodbyes. They even had chocolates since that room is for goodbyes and most dogs never get to try chocolate. My 1st time experience an all the staff that have helped me with my cat are so nice an knowledgeable! Have went far an beyond! I'm definitely impressed an would tell everyone if you need a vet to bring them here! Glad a friend told me
