All the ladies on staff we're great today. Everyone was kind. Brought rexy in for his ear infection and they took care of him like he was their own. He's always happy when he comes and happy when we leave. Its nice to have a place I can confidently bring my doggo without worrying about anything crazy. He did so good with them today he got a pup cup after :)
I can’t say enough good things about the team at Critical Care. From the moment we walked in with Nikki, they treated her like she was their own. Every doctor, tech, and staff member showed her so much kindness, patience, and love, and that meant everything to me during such a stressful time. They take ur animal back and u aren't allowed there. You dont see what's going on. Also, vet tech said they found a little debris deep in my rabbits ear but they didnt take it out. Just told me to keep an eye on it which was strange. I mean I dont want to wait till there's an infection. This is only vet I've ever went to that does not come in room with u and yourpet to examine and discuss. Today was our first visit with our new pup, Andy. From the first phone call - with Ashley - to make the appointment - my daughter and I had a good feeling! Today’s visit solidified it - from the moment we walked in - BEST EXPERIENCE. We were slightly nervous - but Ashley was so gracious and accommodating! And Rush was amazing!
