I can’t say enough good things about the team at Critical Care. From the moment we walked in with Nikki, they treated her like she was their own. They take ur animal back and u aren't allowed there. You dont see what's going on. Also, vet tech said they found a little debris deep in my rabbits ear but they didnt take it out. Just told me to keep an eye on it which was strange. I mean I dont want to wait till there's an infection. This is only vet I've ever went to that does not come in room with u and yourpet to examine and discuss. I know they had a tv show a few years back but im not there fpr autographs etc..just to have my bunny taken care of and I want to see the... read more
Love the friendly and professional vet services they offer! They’re all true animal lovers with very quick service! Anytime I need an appointment they get me in super quick. Everyone there is always super helpful! Highly recommend bringing your fur baby to them!
Exceptional service, as usual! Very short wait time before going into a waiting room. This was Miss Stormy's annual visit and she received 5 shots after she passed her heartworm test. Total time for the visit was about 30 minutes and I appreciated the senior discount that kept the bill well below $400. This level of service deserves loyalty and is why we will continue to use Critter Fixers!
Today was our first visit with our new pup, Andy. From the first phone call - with Ashley - to make the appointment - my daughter and I had a good feeling!
