This place was bought by two brothers from New Jersey. That do not care about the residents or staff. State has been there twice and they have been fined for residents getting bed sores and improper care from the staff. Do not put your love one in this place or work here. There is nothing good about this place. Numerous complaints have been filed against this company and their sister company. ***DON'T TAKE ANY FAMILY MEMBER TO THIS FACILITY!!!*** THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! One star is too much but's there's no other option. The lack of accountability, responsibility and common sense throughout the whole staff (not rehab staff) is perplexing. The total lack of care not only for our mom but I am also worried about the seniors that are there that don't have a family to advocate on their behalf. Senior neglect is real at this facility!! My mom was in this facility twice in the past 4 months. The nurses, especially Debbie were very caring, attentive and responsive. The therapists were also professional and dedicated.
It’s a disgrace that the Administration doesn’t return calls unless it’s pertaining to new admissions meaning new/ more money and the scheduler Naomi needs to be fired she does what she wants supervisors sleeping at night and residents being abused constantly and yes it’s been reported!
My mom was there for rehab, and while she was being transferred from her chair to the bed, the aid broke her sternum. No apologies. Nurse did not even know. Stay away.
