***DON'T TAKE ANY FAMILY MEMBER TO THIS FACILITY!!!*** THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! One star is too much but's there's no other option. The lack of accountability, responsibility and common sense throughout the whole staff (not rehab staff) is perplexing. The total lack of care not only for our mom but I am also worried about the seniors that are there that don't have a family to advocate on their behalf. Senior neglect is real at this facility!! My mom was there for rehab, and while she was being transferred from her chair to the bed, the aid broke her sternum. No apologies. Nurse did not even know. Stay away.
I used to work here and there is nothing good about this place. The good reviews are fake reviews this place went down alot workers have quit due to downgrade and not caring about the workers or the residents. Do not put loves one in this place and do not apply here. They will hire anyone.
My mom was in this facility twice in the past 4 months. The nurses, especially Debbie were very caring, attentive and responsive. The therapists were also professional and dedicated.
I wouldn't let this place take care of a gold fish. I have never seen such willful neglect and lack of human decency in my life. The things I have witnessed in the last few days are borderline criminal. This facility should be shut down immediately. I have talked to the Head of Nursing as well as one of the executives at the facility but nothing has changed. The head of nursing was rude and has no people skills.
