Zero. Zero stars. Negative 100 stars. Textbook definition of slumlords. When I rented from them the apartment I lived in threatened to LITERALLY COLLAPSE and their response was to kick everyone out and prevent them from entering for a minimum of 6 hours while they worked on “repairing” it (when I moved out months later they were still “working on it”). (Dulce) with Duerksen has been a great vendor to work with. Always responsive to my questions.. understanding I have to wait for Owner approval on many items. They allow me to be flexible on the work request that they give me. The properties that I go to, for the repairs seem to be in good condition. I feel they do their best fielding Renters requests with owners demands on the properties. in all a very great company to work with..

I would be weary of renting any property managed by this company. Their signing process and automations are over the top, often requesting signatures or approval within 2-4 hours of when their emails are sent. I believe classifying them as slum lords is applicable here. The unit had extreme condensation and ventilation issues which was present around the entire unit. Walls and flooring had to be cleaned constantly to deal with the mold that would accumulate weekly. We maintained the apartment very well as we are clean people... read more

Dulce Salinas is the best Maintenance Coordinator and we’ve had excellent service in the past eight years we’ve been renting our home. Dulce just arranged a complimentary carpet cleaning and the job was done well and efficiently.
