I have rented a house for 8 years from Duerksen and want to give a shout out to the maintenance crew. Repairs are made quickly and professionally. Loren recently fixed my front door and toilet. He is such a dedicated employee and all around nice person. Office staff are very efficient and friendly.

Duerksen reached out after they tried to perform an inspection at my then home and enter the apartment without providing me with notice. When I informed them that I changed the key for the lock as I was fearful for my safety from my previous roommate, they required the lock to be changed and provided said previous roommate, who should not have had access to the apartment, with a key! It gets better, to top it all off, they forced me to pay the $70 locksmith fee, and as the locksmiths hours did not correlate with my working... read more
Really convenient and consistent. I’ve stayed at various different properties and the transition from place to place was fairly straightforward. Renee and Morgan really helped with that process.
