Zero. Zero stars. Negative 100 stars. Textbook definition of slumlords. When I rented from them the apartment I lived in threatened to LITERALLY COLLAPSE and their response was to kick everyone out and prevent them from entering for a minimum of 6 hours while they worked on “repairing” it (when I moved out months later they were still “working on it”). (Dulce) with Duerksen has been a great vendor to work with. Always responsive to my questions.. understanding I have to wait for Owner approval on many items. They allow me to be flexible on the work request that they give me. The properties that I go to, for the repairs seem to be in good condition. I feel they do their best fielding Renters requests with owners demands on the properties. in all a very great company to work with..
I rented from this company for 3 years in different rentals. I never once had a problem getting maintenance concerns handled. We had yearly inspections as most places do but they would always apw us to schedule it on days we were home. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good property management company!
I have rented a house for 8 years from Duerksen and want to give a shout out to the maintenance crew. Repairs are made quickly and professionally. Loren recently fixed my front door and toilet. He is such a dedicated employee and all around nice person. Office staff are very efficient and friendly.
Extremely disingenuous. Their units are falling apart, have bugs and roaches, Mold, and the people, especially Naomi, do not care and are not direct. They wanted an $185 application fee put in, to answer if our pets, two well behaved small cats, would be allowed. Almost $200 for them to answer a question. Nobody in corvallis says to go through these guys, and as someone moving to corvallis from Lebanon, STAY AWAY.
