They make appointments that they don't keep and then act like you're being difficult by not accommodating them! Made a 4pm-6pm appointment and a guy showed up at 2:45pm. My husband made accommodations with work - AS DID I - to make sure we'd both be home for an inside spray because we have two dogs and I don't feel safe BY MYSELF with a dude I don't know in my house. Mr.Jesse was very knowledgeable, sweet and present agent! Only my concern was that my husband had a lung cancer, and had surgery few weeks ago, so I was very concerned ! We might need in future to do it ! Thank you for your agent to explain about everything! Yoko Zipusch

Today was only my second service with EcoSheild, but I'm already noticing a difference. We have a lot of spiders around and in our house and they have significantly decreased. Mason was so helpful and answered all my questions. He was efficient and kind to let me know when he was done.

Terrible customer service. No one returns calls, despite many phone messages, emails, and texts to Luis Basilio. He originally told us we were getting a “great price” at $190 every other month. We are elderly and feel taken advantage of. Luis specifically told us to contact him if we had any issues, yet he has ignored “every message”. We continue to have constant spider webs around our windows (and we don’t even have bushes there). The product does not work. I’ve called a requested a different product. Been a customer for 4 years. Recently bought another home and kept/moved my Bimonthly subscription with me. Their products are pet and eco friendly, no harsh chemicals or smells. I noticed how effective the treatment is when I see dead pest that didn’t make it across the treatment line. They are quick to respond and quick to visit for “touch up” services if I notice any problems. Highly recommended, especially for pet lovers.
