He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. I appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service. They make appointments that they don't keep and then act like you're being difficult by not accommodating them! Made a 4pm-6pm appointment and a guy showed up at 2:45pm. My husband made accommodations with work - AS DID I - to make sure we'd both be home for an inside spray because we have two dogs and I don't feel safe BY MYSELF with a dude I don't know in my house. I began using Ecoshield in 2025 and have generally been happy with their service. When we had a rodent problem, we purchased the exclusion service, and they identified and screened off potential access points which seemed to address the issue. However, a rat made its way inside last night. When I called today to schedule someone to come out, I was on the phone with two different reps for 20 minutes only to find out the earliest possible appointment is nearly 2 weeks away. Very frustrating experience with not arriving at communicated appointment times - arriving 2 hours earlier than when was communicated via email to confirm the slot. When speaking to customer service they cited a "glitch in the system." Not sure how their own system can generate an email to us with a different appointment block in comparison to what was communicated to the service technician.
