I have had a wonderful experience with Ecoshield! They are reliable, on time, and their employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had a particularly good experience with Devante. He showed me areas in the exterior and interior of my home that could be breached by insects and was very thorough in his treatment of my home, particularly around areas like the bathroom, kitchen, and water heater, which tend to be moist. I can recommend Ecoshield highly and without reservation.

I wanted to say that I truly have had a great experience with this company thus far. Their technicians, & customer service reps are pleasant yet professional in helping us with our homes needs. Today that was exemplified by the customer service rep I spoke to named Jam. He was able to assist & made sure that my account concerns was handled today. Shout out to Skylon for coming back to treat our exterior today as well! Truly appreciate the company again, money well spent.

James Wright and Lane were outstanding from start to finish. They did far more than my previous pest control service and really paid attention to what my home needed. They used every tool and treatment necessary to address all of my concerns and worked thoroughly to eliminate my pest problems inside and out. I had to reschedule my appointment today Eirene Was the customer service rep that I spoke with. She was absolutely great with rescheduling me. She told me she had to speak with her supervisor and she would call me back and she called me right back to reschedule my appointment which was greatly appreciated.
