I have had a wonderful experience with Ecoshield! They are reliable, on time, and their employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had a particularly good experience with Devante. He showed me areas in the exterior and interior of my home that could be breached by insects and was very thorough in his treatment of my home, particularly around areas like the bathroom, kitchen, and water heater, which tend to be moist. I can recommend Ecoshield highly and without reservation.

James Wright and Lane were outstanding from start to finish. They did far more than my previous pest control service and really paid attention to what my home needed. They used every tool and treatment necessary to address all of my concerns and worked thoroughly to eliminate my pest problems inside and out. The vine was very polite and professional at the same time. She advised me as to the service she was about to render, while assuring me that she would get it all done and notify me when her work was complete. Complete. Afterwards. She made sure that I was completely satisfied and was willing to answer any questions and go back over anything that I may have thought she missed. I'm grateful for her patience, her customer service, and the experience I had with her as a customer

I had to reschedule my appointment today Eirene Was the customer service rep that I spoke with. She was absolutely great with rescheduling me. She told me she had to speak with her supervisor and she would call me back and she called me right back to reschedule my appointment which was greatly appreciated.
