Great service from Damayin! We had a great experience with EcoShield. Our technician Damayin was professional and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly and was thorough with the treatment. Damayin was friendly and respectful of our home. You can tell he cares about doing quality work. EcoShield customer service representatives have always been great. My interaction this morning was exceptional! Kayla truly made my morning when she assisted me with an update to my scheduled service. Her attention to detail when confirming the update of services and kindness made me trust the brand even more. Gunner arrived as scheduled. He also answered questions (even relevant ones I didn’t know to ask) and was very thorough with pest control. He noticed pests that I had not and made sure to remove them from the equation. Gunner and partner Cory also diligently took the time to examine and clear out pests that would have endangered those of us with allergies so we are very grateful for the professionalism. I left a review earlier after having a technician come out to do a free termite and rodent inspection. The inspector said I had termites and showed me where they were. There was a tiny worm like thing in the dirt. Apparently worker termites do look like grains of rice but with legs. They do not wiggle like worms. If you don't use a magnifying glass you may miss the legs. The technician was friendly and did not try to pressure me into a service, but I did believe I had termites. He was very nice, but I was on a work call so unable to really walk through house with him, etc. Arrived much earlier than expected which typically would be great, but I couldn’t step away. I’m hoping bugs are taken care of. Only constructive feedback would be to clean nests off the patios after knocking down. I had three patios that were a mess after he serviced the house. Mud nests everywhere.
