Chris Rogers with EcoShield was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything before starting the ant and bug spray service. He was very thorough, paid attention to detail, and made sure all areas were treated properly both inside and outside the house. To begin with we had an unexpected, but pleasant exchange with the sales rep, Eddie. He was canvasing our neighborhood, and his timing was perfect as I was dealing with an ant issues when the doorbell rang. Eddie was not pushy, but provided the necessary information to setup this morning’s appointment and service call. Marc was on time, thorough and professional. Robert did an amazing job. He went down to the basement with my grandson and set everything he was supposed to do. Put down traps and boards, and poison feed boxes. He identified any spots and recommended a followup inspection to seal up any openings and then came upstairs to me (I,m a 73 year old ) and filled me in on what he found and how he treated and recommended where we go from here. First time using this company and Matthew Stephan's service. Matthew did a great job, and he was very attentive and friendly during his visit. I cannot give a definitive recommendation about the company yet because I need to see if the treatment actually works. I trust that I will soon stop seeing insects in the yard and animal tracks. Very happy with Matthew's work!

Jamie and his crew was awesome! Jamie and William did a great job going over the details of the work before they started, ensuring I was fully informed, answered all my questions patiently, and also helped in moving things out of the treatment area. They were very professional, extremely courteous and went the extra mile to ensure cleanliness during and after the job. They did a high quality job with great customer care.
