Great experience with EcoShield! They quickly scheduled an emergency appointment when a yellow jacket nest appeared in my yard. Troy was an awesome technician—very knowledgeable, thorough, and careful to ensure the nest was completely gone. He also explained the treatments clearly so I knew my kids and dog were safe. Highly recommend Troy and the team!
Bought a new house last summer. I asked Ecoshield rep to pick the best "preventative" service package he recommends. he did and I agreed. Their guys used to come to work and at times for 5 minutes to take a few pix and leave!! I said OK as long as the house is clean. After a year our cat caught a mouse. I asked for an inspection, they came and gave me a quote for $20K+ yes over twenty thousand dollars!! I refused and wanted to terminate, I was charged $250 early termination fee. Just facts. No comments.
Jermaine was extremely professional, punctual, and very thorough throughout the entire process. You could tell he truly enjoys what he does, and that stood out to me right away. That level of passion gave me confidence and peace of mind, knowing I could trust him to carefully go through my home and handle everything properly. He took his time, explained things clearly, and made sure the job was done right. Great service from start to finish—highly recommend.

I just had one of your representatives Troy Caldwell take care of my home and yard and he was phenomenal, diligent and knowledgeable and going the extra mile the whole time. He put us at ease when I spoke about bees or wasps in and around the house. He was great and you’re lucky to have him working for you guys.
