Aaron arrived early, presented very professionally, answered all my new questions as a first-time customer, offered the proper precautions for our pets, and capably serviced our home. Jermaine was extremely professional, punctual, and very thorough throughout the entire process. You could tell he truly enjoys what he does, and that stood out to me right away. That level of passion gave me confidence and peace of mind, knowing I could trust him to carefully go through my home and handle everything properly. Usually I resist door-to-sales but Julia was very professional and introduced the EcoShield services in a way that made me decide to try it. Jermaine came by later the same day. He was pleasant, explained what he would do and did it. He apparently be thorough, careful, and I was impressed. Good work!

Our first experience with EcoShield and Aaron went very well. Reliable, friendly, good communicators Our first bimonthly service visit was great. Anthony was friendly and professional. He also was thorough and took his time. I just spoke with Vein to set up a follow-up visit to check traps. He was efficient and quick to set up our appointment, and it will be done today. Much appreciated! Aaron came today to refill the bait boxes and do a general check. He does a great job!
