Contacted Ecoshield due to an issue I was having with spiders, they let me know they were unable to send a technician any earlier then my scheduled bi monthly service which was a week away. Technician came and completely avoided the location I am having issues with. Called right away when I noticed the issue to get him back, and was transferred to 3 different customer service reps. The Eco guys are awesome! I had them previously & then life happened. They came to my door again about a week ago & the gentleman was so sweet. He intently listened to my concerns & set me up with a plan that suits my schedule & needs. The tech Joseph came out today and sprayed everything. He was very courteous & was just as kind as the man last week. I would recommend these guys. Thank you guys for good business!Â
We just had termite traps drilled into our yard around our house and all week we have had several irrigation leaks all over our yard. The guy who installed the traps drilled into our irrigation system in multiple areas and now we have flooding all over our yard. Very unhappy with this!!Â
Chris Abrams came out and correctly recognized that I had Drywood termites, not the ones you usually see that make tunnels. I also have had 5 scorpions in the last two months, where last year I had none. He did a great job answering my questions and explaining the program. I signed up for two separate plans. One for the termite treatment and one for the standard bug/insect treatment. In my previous home I had no bug issues and have nothing to compare the pricing with.
