Connor our service Technician was on time for the stated appointment time and very professional, courteous and respectful. Did the service and items pointed out and discussed. I am not a pest control expert so not sure how long an initial service and treatment should take, but it took him only 30 minutes to do it all. That would be my only small concern with the service performed. Was it completely done. Might be perfectly acceptable time to do the service. Otherwise Connor was very good.

Olivia, Darrel, Nate and Marcus showed up to my property ready to work. They were very precise and thorough and got the job done quickly. Even though I was running a little wait, they waited until I got home. Darrel was very informative about the procedure that was going to take place the day after he came to check out the place. Olivia also did a great job at informing and answering my questions as she treated my ants and spiders problem inside the house. We had a great experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions! Noble, the technician who came by, was very nice, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and was very understanding of our financial situation, which we really appreciated. The service was excellent, and we will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Wyatt Hopkins arrived right on time and explained the services he would be providing! He was kind, professional and very thorough! EcoShield is fortunate to have you as an employee! F I V E S T A R S ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Both Seth & Isidro were fantastic. We had the Freeland Hall serviced today for the first time in 2 years, they were very thorough and informative with everything they did. Isidro took his time covering all areas inside and out I really felt confident we made the right choice deciding to go with Eco Shield they were by far more affordable and very friendly too. Several of my neighbors cancelled Insight and chose Eco Shield now I can see why.
