Melanie was awesome! Listened to my concerns and was very personable! She’s welcome anytime. Great first impression and visit! Today’s visit was by Andy and Ivan and again the service was stellar!! Can’t say how pleased I am with their service! Andy was vey thorough in explaining the service and giving me pointers on things I can do . Ivan used his Webster to Dewey my porch- TOTALL PLEASED!
Definitely good initial service. Saw to all my concern with ants in yard. Prior to this 2nd application, several large ant colonies seen in back yard. Ants colonized by/in garden bricks, trees and deck. During this treatment my concerns were taken care of by professionals technicians. I'm excited to see more dead ants that have been overrunning my yard for 25 years!!! *This is a 3 month review: Still have ants - not satisfied for the $$$
Antonio came out on time and was very professional. Would definitely recommend this company for any kind of pest control. They even got the cobwebs in the corners up high that are hard to get to. Great company.
What a great job Antonio did! And he's very personable. I am a previous customer from another state, so I was happy they service the Charlotte area. Antonio came to my new house on a Saturday for my first service which is inside and out. He took down an active wasp nest outside and took extra care in areas inside that needed more attention. I hope Antonio is my tech every quarter 🙂
Melanie came out today for my quarterly service. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the treatments needed to get rid of the spiders around my house. She also pointed out that since we'd had the front bushes trimmed, that will help keep out pests that may use those bushes as a "land bridge" between the ground and the house! I never even thought about that! I have been overall very pleased with this company for pest control.
