Technician Tracy was highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and ensured I fully understood each step. His passion for his work was evident, and his commitment to providing exceptional service truly stood out. I highly recommend him.

This company is extremely pushy, and did not follow through with what they promised. Aaron came in my house with a spray canister that was dripping profusely all over my floors- and left it for me to clean. I would not recommend this company.
Stephen was a very nice young man. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He answered all my questions without hesitation. Explained the procedure very well to me. I was very pleased with the job he did here. Very thorough as well. I enjoyed his visit today, but my bugs did not. That was the plan.
Justin is a very personable and respectful technician. We get quarterly services done by Echo Shield. Justin was very efficient and completed all insect control in good order. Have had no trouble with spiders, ants , various bugs etc. Thank you Justin and thank you Echo Shield Chuck Tulley Sugar Grove
