I was going to wait till the year was up to review the service but I’m pleasantly surprised with what I’ve already experienced so might as well do it now. I had some service done today and I wasn’t able to get home in time to do the interior of the house. I called and spoke to Weng who was very helpful and polite. I signed up with EcoShield after a very friendly and convincing sales pitch. I was told that if I didn’t like the service, I could cancel within 3–4 days. What was not clearly explained was that I would be locked into a contract with a $250 cancellation fee. I decided to give the service a fair chance and used it for 6 months. Lavin was extremely professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions and gave me piece of mind that I can rely on the work done to help keep any rodents from my home. I am not great at writing reviews, but as an overly critial person by nature the best note i can provide is that aside from price (because I am generally a frugal person) I have no complaints about the service Lavin provided. Fingers crossed that the traps are clear in 3 or so weeks when they come back to check.

Signed up with them 9 months ago and service has been excellent so far. Saw tons of bad reviews and got nervous about it. But honestly all the techs have been super friendly, and knowledgeable. All the services have been quick and easy. With measurable results. We had ants and tics in the back yard, flies in the kitchen, and mice in our garage and attic. After having our attic insulation remediated, entry points sealed, and my peace of mind returned by them in just an afternoon. We haven’t seen a pest in months.

We’ve been with EcoShield for a while. We left them for a period of time to try another company and ended up going back. Their technicians, particularly Tom (who’s serviced our house for a while) are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We’ve had issues with wasps outside and ants inside and he’s always worked with us to solve these problems efficiently. We highly recommend EcoShield!
