Eric was able to quickly and efficiently tackle our outside areas that have proven troublesome in the past. Despite living on a slab (heavy rainfall has often led to ants making an appearance), we haven't had any issues inside since starting and continue to receive excellent service.
Charles did a wonderful job. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. I had a lot of ants by my patio door and he took care of it.
Lavin was extremely professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions and gave me piece of mind that I can rely on the work done to help keep any rodents from my home. I am not great at writing reviews, but as an overly critial person by nature the best note i can provide is that aside from price (because I am generally a frugal person) I have no complaints about the service Lavin provided. Fingers crossed that the traps are clear in 3 or so weeks when they come back to check.
Signed up with them 9 months ago and service has been excellent so far. Saw tons of bad reviews and got nervous about it. But honestly all the techs have been super friendly, and knowledgeable. All the services have been quick and easy. With measurable results. We had ants and tics in the back yard, flies in the kitchen, and mice in our garage and attic. After having our attic insulation remediated, entry points sealed, and my peace of mind returned by them in just an afternoon. We haven’t seen a pest in months.
