I'm giving 4 stars because Vern, Kai and Ceesay made sure that the large hornets nest was treated and removed and were friendly and courteous in the process. Cesar was an excellent technician. Very respectful of my home and belongings, didnt leave a mess or anything of the sort. Gave me all the information I needed, addressed all concerns. They got in and out quickly. The actual cleaning was solid and I expect everything will work great moving forward. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance with your rodent/insect problem. Very professional company. Lets support small businesses.

Right on time, on the dot sharp! And so friendly! Everything was explained and all questions answered, with smiles. Haven’t had this level of customer service in a long time - 5stars! Ask for Rico!

Josh F. did great job servicing our house. He made sure everything outdoor and the garage were properly treated and equipped with pest control tools they offer. He explained well what he has done and what areas were treated. I would highly recommend their company to anyone.

Veron and Kenneth were exceptional! When I called back because I saw a bug they came and made sure everything I needed was taken care of without additional cost. I truly appreciate the care and concern they had for me as a customer. I would always recommend this company. Thanks again!
