If you are not home to follow them around, don't expect to receive the service for which you are paying a premium ($179/qtr of a one year contract). If the technician was indeed here and sprayed any part of my property on the date they say he was, there is no way to tell. Henry was our Eco service tech. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He worked outside in the 90 plus heat as if it didn’t bother him at all. (We offered water but he was prepared and declined) He answered all our questions and put our minds at ease about the products used and the compatibility with pets. A job well done.
Ecoshield is good. The only thing I don't like is they say you don't have to be home for the outside service. This might be great for others but I'm not a trusting person. I like to see I'm getting the service I pay for. I want to give a shout out to the technician, Phillip. He's awesome!! He's kind, helpful, and informative. Great service!
Excellent service. We were with a competitor and say consistently issues with silverfish and earwigs. Issues cleared up within 1 month of switching to Ecoshield. About 6 months in we got a free in-house consultation, and Anthony, our technician, was incredible. Super thorough, very patient with explaining things, and not too pushy when soliciting additional services
William was courteous and highly professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and his work was efficient and thorough. This was my first time using the service, so I cannot yet comment on effectiveness—but so far, I am very pleased.
