Ecoshield is good. The only thing I don't like is they say you don't have to be home for the outside service. This might be great for others but I'm not a trusting person. I like to see I'm getting the service I pay for. I want to give a shout out to the technician, Phillip. He's awesome!! He's kind, helpful, and informative. Great service!
If you are not home to follow them around, don't expect to receive the service for which you are paying a premium ($179/qtr of a one year contract). If the technician was indeed here and sprayed any part of my property on the date they say he was, there is no way to tell. However, he left these spider sacks behind my light fixture by the front door. You would think a trained technician would know to check a common area for such things. William was courteous and highly professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and his work was efficient and thorough. This was my first time using the service, so I cannot yet comment on effectiveness—but so far, I am very pleased.
Would give zero stars if I could. I no longer trust talking to EcoShield over the phone. Every time I have, I've been told one thing, then later they've gone back on it. I called before my 30 days were up and canceled, and then was told they had no record of the cancellation, and as recompense, the rest of my contract would be at $84 per service, which is the only reason I stuck with Eco. They charged me $84 one time, then went back to charging me full price. The tech was also awful. He never informed me when he was on his w... read more
