Ecoshield is good. The only thing I don't like is they say you don't have to be home for the outside service. This might be great for others but I'm not a trusting person. I like to see I'm getting the service I pay for. I want to give a shout out to the technician, Phillip. He's awesome!! He's kind, helpful, and informative. Great service!
If you are not home to follow them around, don't expect to receive the service for which you are paying a premium ($179/qtr of a one year contract). If the technician was indeed here and sprayed any part of my property on the date they say he was, there is no way to tell. However, he left these spider sacks behind my light fixture by the front door. You would think a trained technician would know to check a common area for such things. I just had a very satisfying call with Jake in the office regarding the purpose of an upcoming technician visit to my home. UPDATE: The below response is not what is taking place I guarantee that. I have little to no negative google reviews just an honest customer who was scammed into a fee after their service did not do what they said they would do. Unethical yes, there is a class action lawsuit for a reason. Avoid. Shady business practices, not honest, scams you into contracts, overseas customer service. Has PE written all over it. Had a large new insulation project done yesterday by technician, Wes ( great job) and I needed additional work. Called customer service and Dominic was able to effectively evaluate my concerns and explain how to proceed for completion of the project and concurrently assisted me with some online account assistance. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
