Im sure he did everything he was supposed to do? But even after the 1st service then the September followup, we seen bugs. Pretty much no change at all. And mice!! No change at all!! I told Dontay who i Spock with over the phone and he said someone would be out. I don't know that anyone ever came. He said he would call in the next couple days but never did. I have seen absolutely no changes in mice, spiders, or other insects. Besides its now winter. But still spiders are lady bugs inside house and mice. These photos were tak... read more

Terrible - as it has been for over a year. Cobwebs every where and no treatment administered on the sides and back of the property because "it was too windy." Hasn't inspected nor treated the inside of the property in over a year. Never enough time between visit notification and actual visit to make arrangements to be home. I'm a fool for having paid for this service for so long. Please do NOT return.

Thank you Marisa for confirming to me that the phone message I received regarding my quarterly service was in error. My service was completed on Dec 18 and my bill was paid on Dec. 20th and I was at home and tipped Jose the Tech, who had serviced my home on other quarters and is a very professional and pleasant. You made me feel comfortable that all is good with my account,

David was on time and worked quickly to complete his tasks. He was polite and answered all of our questions. All in all, he did a very good job.

Daniel came and did my monthly service. He was fantastic, so nice, friendly and thoroughly explained everything as he went through the house. He did a fantastic job and was thorough and prompt. I appreciate that he did a quality job and removed his shoes without being asked. Great guy!
