The technician was at my property for approximately 10–15 minutes, while the service was documented as taking approximately 30–45 minutes. Based on my personal experience, I was not satisfied ... read more
Steve was very, very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about his work. He was on-time, and introduced himself in a very polite and friendly manner. We’re so incredibly glad that we went with you. We will continue to praise your work with neighbors, family members, friends and colleagues. It’s too bad that you don’t go as far as Amboy, Illinois. So far, we’re going to rate you 100 out of 100, and that’s THE best score ever! Thank you all at EcoShield for helping people get rid of the pesty insects, and vermin the safe... read more
Courtney did a fantastic job at my home. He was very professional and courteous and very nice gentleman. He was thorough at removing a mud dauber (hotel as i like to call them) from my porch. He also removed all of my spider webs and sprayed for ants. Thanks Courtney.
We had an amazing experience with our EcoShield technician, Tazauras! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the entire process, what products were being used, and how everything works—which we really appreciated. He was very thorough, making sure to treat both the inside and outside of our home with great attention to detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure his customers feel comfortable and informed... read more
