Zack was phenomenal, he showed up, seemed confident yet not intimidating. He was very kind and professional and clearly takes great pride in the quality of his work. I have a large yard and he treated every inch of it. Would love for him to be my serviceman from now on! Great employee deserving of praise and acknowledgement!
We’ve had a great experience overall, but I especially wanted to highlight Joe. He is incredibly informative and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. He never makes me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. He’s also just genuinely kind and professional. It’s clear he cares about doing a thorough job, and we really appreciate him!
Nathan was so great! I told him my concerns and he explained to me each step he took, what products he was using, and what the benefits of the products were. He really took the time to target all the areas or concern both inside and outside my home, and I’m so appreciative of his attention to my concerns! Our ant problem has gotten significantly better since we started using EchoShield so I’m very happy about that!
We had to have a rodent extermination from our attic and basement. The work was completed in about five hours. The crew was efficient. They protected the living area very well and did a great job of clean up. I would recommend Ecoshield highly.
Be aware of EcoShield Pest Solutions EcoShield Pest Solutions delivered a deeply disappointing experience. A sales representative visited my home and pressured me into signing a one-year contract. Although I agreed, I clearly requested that the initial treatment be done on a dry, sunny day, as I was concerned that rain would render the treatment ineffective.
