Jacob was great! Very informative, professional, and efficient. He explained everything he was going to do and the reason behind it. I also met Luke and he was awesome as well. This was our first service with this company so hopefully I can continuously be blown away by them!
I just had my Home sprayed by Ecoshield and I just wanted to let anyone and everyone that if you have any little creatures in or around your home this is the company to call from the sales man Ben who I had the pleasure of talking with he was not pushy at all very down to earth and professional he had me scheduled the very next day. Tonda came in and was wonderful. She immediately asked me what questions I had before she started which put my mind at ease. Was in and out quick and efficient. overall just a very wonderful and easy interaction! 10/10 would recommend.
A Salesman who was a charismatic young man named Kaz who was friendly and professional came around knocking on my door on a Friday late afternoon and did a good job with the sales pitch. Tim was great! He came out and did our quarterly service, he noticed an issue with ants in a part of our yard and got that treated. He came back once he was done to let me know all he had done to treat our house. Showed up right on time and was very informative on the status of our house 👍🏻
