I am sorry that it took me a couple days to get to my email and do this review. I really cannot begin to say enough good things about Nicholas. EcoShield has greatly helped to reduce insects inside our house. Their technicians are fantastic. Just today, in the middle of a snow storm, Josh was extremely friendly and eager to go to work. This is a good company.

I contacted EchoShield today. Many months ago, Brant came my door he claimed to be starting a new business called EcoShield in the Castle Rock area. I agreed to do two services,a nice guy;I wanted to help him out. EchoShield sent me message I owe early termination fee. ZEYN at Ecoshield saved the day for me after I explained everything, he got the fee waived. He worked very hard for me. Vladimir did an excellent job of servicing our home. He was promptly on time per the schedule window, informed us on exactly what services he was providing, and was respectful of our property in performing the tasks. We are extremely satisfied with his work and his friendliness when meeting with us.

Going to agree with some of the negative reviews here on how hard it is to cancel the service. READ the fine print in their contacts and make sure they have all of the referenced dates in it. In mine, the term clause referred you to a date on a page that didn't include a date. I agreed to a change in terms with one more quarterly service at a discounted rate. Now they are trying to tell me I still have to cancel again and need to call them.
