Our tech was on time and very friendly. He went over the items that were discussed in our initial consultation and confirmed the locations of extra concern. He also was careful to explain the product types and helped to ensure that we covered our window A/C unit. Everything was quick with providing the service and was very professional. Excellent service! :)Â
Justin from EcoShield was at my home today for an exterior treatment. He removed a wasp nest for me and did a very thorough job. Despite the hot and humid weather, he didn’t cut corners and took the time to make sure everything was treated properly. He was professional, friendly, and answered my questions. It’s nice to see someone who still takes pride in doing the job right. Highly recommended.Â
We live on a marsh and I have used this company for 2 years. For the first time, they came and did an evaluation of the home and wanted $750 to stuff 7 cracks/holes with steel wool around the exterior of the home which apparently they had never done as a part of their quarterly service. They also never notified me over the course of two years about this issue. This was just my 2nd experience with Ecoshield. Again, it was great! Erick was was kind, polite and knowledgeable! Again he was willing to answer any of my questions. As a teacher, I try to instill these characters in my students. I am impressed!Â
Max arrived on time clean and neat, friendly, confident and ready to get to work. He listened to our ant issues and told us what he was going to do. He later found ants on our patio and said he’d take care of them also. He gave extra attention to our security lights where moths like to be. He’s the best; don’t loose this “extra mile” guy!Â
