We had an all around negative experience with Jimmy. He was defensive about poor service, didn’t communicate with team members about service, arrived an hour late for an appointment he made and then still missed areas on the follow up exclusion visit. His crew left sharp tools in our yard and drug a ladder across our siding while working.Â
Excellent job! Great customer service by Brady and great service from Andrew. I would highly recommend. Box elder bugs and ants are a nightmare where I live. Photos are from first service! Impressive! Dead bugs everywhere. Woohoo. Thanks Ecoshield, Brady and Andrew!!Â
Max arrived on time clean and neat, friendly, confident and ready to get to work. He listened to our ant issues and told us what he was going to do. He later found ants on our patio and said he’d take care of them also. He gave extra attention to our security lights where moths like to be. He’s the best; don’t loose this “extra mile” guy!Â
The salesperson Ellie was personable and clearly clarified the questions I had. She went the extra mile in helping me with the forms. Brexten treated our house today and was polite, respectful, and also went the extra mile by answering my questions and offering helpful information. So far, these hires have put a good face to this company, and I look forward to seeing the effectiveness of the service in the months to come.Â
My partner and I moved into an older house that needed some serious yardwork and property recovery a few years ago. We were offered discounted service after getting a chance to consult with one of the managers for the EcoShield team, and him walking through some of the common pet problems with the houses in our neighbourhood.
