Today, Adam from EcoShield Pest Solutions provided outstanding service at my home. He was extremely professional, respectful, and cooperative throughout the entire visit. He thoroughly treated and sprayed all areas of the house, cleaned spider webs and problem spots carefully, and paid attention to every detail. Ebrahim with EcoShield Pest Solutions was out to our home in Lindstrom today and did a fantastic job. Before even treating the property, he took the time to remove all the spider webs and clean off the siding, which I really appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and going the extra mile for his customers. I hope he is the technician assigned to our home every time we have service. Highly recommend.

We recently switched to EcoShield for our pest control service and have been very pleased with the experience. Before and after every visit, we receive text updates letting us know when service is scheduled and when it's been completed, which we really appreciate. We use their regular pest control and mosquito services, and also had them complete an exclusion and prevention project. We've especially appreciated working with Ace and Devin. We live on a marsh and I have used this company for 2 years. For the first time, they came and did an evaluation of the home and wanted $750 to stuff 7 cracks/holes with steel wool around the exterior of the home which apparently they had never done as a part of their quarterly service. They also never notified me over the course of two years about this issue. The also wanted $12,704 to remove my 5 year old attic insulation and $17,320 to reblow it because he saw evidence of rodent“tunneling”. For $30,000 I could decrease t... read more
