I asked for rescheduling prior to the required 24 hr timeframe. I told the representative I would not be home and for the $170 plus tax I wanted to see what was done and have them treat the inside. The tech showed up anyway when I was at work. I contacted the representative again to be told that the routes were set and we can schedule for interior at a later date. Made the mistake of opening my front door on a weekday afternoon after 5pm to a young looking salesman by the name of Dean. Dean was personable and overtly friendly. He said all the right things to address my issues with pests in my yard so I caved. I was also promised I can cancel at any time. What he failed to tell me was the staggering cancellation fee ($200+) if not cancelled within 3 days written in the fine lines of the contract. These people came to my house for a hard sell and somehow sold me on 24 months of service! I don't recall, nor would I have ever signed up for 2 years of service! I tried to cancel my account after using them for almost 2 years, and apparently I am obliged for one more service. It seems usury; I'm fairly sure the "hard sell" person told me I could cancel anytime and that I would forgo the introductory rate if I canceled within 6 months, so I stuck it out for almost 2 years. Echo Shield has been great. They’re responsive. The techs are always friendly and respectful. I would recommend this company. Dara came out last time and Norbert was here today. They were both great. They spent quite a bit of time around the house and property. I’ve had other companies that breeze through in a few minutes but the Echo Shield team has been fantastic!

Ahmad was at my home for a regular quarterly service. He was very polite, quick with the service, and addressed a new issue near a downstairs window. I am very happy with the service !
