I asked for rescheduling prior to the required 24 hr timeframe. I told the representative I would not be home and for the $170 plus tax I wanted to see what was done and have them treat the inside. The tech showed up anyway when I was at work. I contacted the representative again to be told that the routes were set and we can schedule for interior at a later date. Caveat emptor with this company. I couldn't tell you if they do good work or not because I never even got to that point with them. I called them to address my carpenter bee issue. Their tech showed up for the assessment, and I have to say he was professional, engaging and seemed to know what he was talking about. He quoted me a price (almost $2k) and tried to get me to sign right there and then. Naji - was absolutely the best. He well represented the company and himself. He explained how the service works and things to pay attention to. Niji did not rush thru his actions/ steps but was yery diligent. Would welcome his return. The company did great job hiring such a talent.
