Sam told us they would spray and remove all of the spider webs on our house and dock. On the front porch some of the spider webs were removed but many still remain. The garage and dock were not done at all. Both still have living spiders and none of the webs were removed. The attached pictures are of the porch only. I didn’t get any photos of the garage or the dock. Needless to say I’m not pleased with the service we received.

David and Hector were amazing. It’s so hot but they stayed outside ensuring they cleared the entire perimeter, talked with me about possible current or future issues, but without any of that salesman bs. Very direct and quality service. Thank you, gentlemen.

Carlos Rodriguiz is GREAT! Very knowledgeable, well spoken and always polite. Took is time to listen to my concerns about mice. Filled and relocated bait station to be most effective. We will follow up when Carlos returns for my next scheduled pest service. He saved you.. I was ready cancel my service with EcoShield. I went round and round for approx. Week trying to deal with your customer service dept. Carlos handle it in 15 minutes.

Service was great! Justice got us signed up and walked through the full scope of their work prior to Randeell coming out. The tech Randrell did a great job and got the whole house done in a timely manner. So far, as a new customer, I would recommend their service.

Nathan S. was great. Professional, seemed knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. He is welcome back to our home anytime. I was disappointed that he did not have the product I had been promised for the kitchen water bugs. That in no way reflects on him, he explained that he doesn't carry that on his truck.
