We had our first service with Ecoshield and Our tech was Lori. And she provided Excellent service! was professional, personable, patient while I put the pups up and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and positive attitude. I really appreciated how easy the technician was to talk to. made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Excellent service from start to finish! The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the treatment process and answer all of my questions. They were thorough, respectful of my property, and resolved the pest issue quickly. I appreciate the honest communication and attention to detail. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received! From the very first meeting with the sales representative Josh. The good news: He certainly got everywhere. The bad news is how I can tell. Walked through mud on the front yard instead of using the sidewalk, left the patio a mess and full of mud where it looks like he tried to scrape it off on the entryway, but left dirty footprints in the house. Nothing terrible, my wife cleaned up inside before I got home, but still less than ideal. I know it was rainy today, but we have a sidewalk and this unnecessary mess could have been avoided.
