William is the best! It’s nice to feel like he has my back and makes sure not to leave any area untouched. He even recommended and got inside the garage Without me asking! Great attention to detail and nice to converse with.Â
Dominique was our technician and he did a wonderful job. He was very polite, attentive, and thorough. He had a great attitude and was very personable. He took all of my concerns seriously (especially my battle with a wolf spider big enough to haunt my dreams). And they have a solution for the clover mites of doom that have been plaguing my windows every spring, which my previous pest control company told me there was nothing they could do about it. Awesome job! Nash was in our neighborhood offering services. After chatting for a bit (almost saying no, glad I didnt!) After agreeing, he had a tech out to the house in 30 minutes or less. Our tech Wresse did a fantastic job! We live in the woods so critters and creepy crawlies are common. He addressed areas of concern and answered all my questions! Both gentlemen were professional and efficient!Â
Phillip was amazing! He listened to my concerns, explained everything in detail as he took each step and then took the time afterwards to explain his concern areas that he saw and was an all around nice guy. We have been with this company for over a year now and have been impressed but today was probably the best service I have experienced.Â
The sales Manager Joe stopped at our house and was fantastic. I was in sales for many years and he was an impressive salesman. He was not pushy and did not over sell anything. He took his time and got to know us before anything. He inspected the property and listened to our needs and concerns.
