We had an excellent experience with Brandon from EcoShield during our recent touch‑up service. His professionalism stood out immediately. He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently. He was incredibly helpful in answering our questions and made sure every concern was addressed. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. We’re very grateful for his hard work and attention to detail.Â

Dominique was our technician and he did a wonderful job. He was very polite, attentive, and thorough. He had a great attitude and was very personable. He took all of my concerns seriously (especially my battle with a wolf spider big enough to haunt my dreams). And they have a solution for the clover mites of doom that have been plaguing my windows every spring, which my previous pest control company told me there was nothing they could do about it. Awesome job! Nash was in our neighborhood offering services. After chatting for a bit (almost saying no, glad I didnt!) After agreeing, he had a tech out to the house in 30 minutes or less. Our tech Wresse did a fantastic job! We live in the woods so critters and creepy crawlies are common. He addressed areas of concern and answered all my questions! Both gentlemen were professional and efficient!Â
Phillip was amazing! He listened to my concerns, explained everything in detail as he took each step and then took the time afterwards to explain his concern areas that he saw and was an all around nice guy. We have been with this company for over a year now and have been impressed but today was probably the best service I have experienced.Â
