I requested a touchup service. Their initial service was about a month ago. This technician showed up and apparently inspected, dewebbed, crack and crevice and power sprayed a 2700 square-foot house in 23 minutes. I just sent an email that included about 45 photographs of webs and spiders all around my house most of them at eye level and very obvious. David does such a great job in ensuring that our house is as pest free as possible. It really helps that he is the continuous person providing the service because he knows our home. He is personable and knowledgeable about what needs to be done.
We recently started service and have been very impressed with the experience so far. Drew the sales man was nice however I was very clear the day before they came not to leave traps or ANY type of rodent equipment on my property as my +120 pound mountain dogs take it up as a challenge to get into everything. We only requested services for ants and spiders. Although this was stated less than 24 hours before their arrival, somehow they forgot or there was some miscommunication. Brenden Henderson provided a 5-star service for us today. He explained the entire process before he began and answered all my questions. He is extremely thorough and detail oriented - he went above and beyond in removing all the spider nests & webs including under our long deck, and places that are hard to get to. He took care of the crawl space and even followed and sprayed the trail the ants were using to get to our home.
