We have been happy with our Ecoshield service. I feel like it’s a bit expensive, but the technicians are friendly when I happen to be home to meet them. Jesse has been our technician the last couple of appointments and he is very friendly, professional and engaging. He always asks if we have any recent concerns and tells us what to expect for the up coming season.
Always appreciate EcoShield and how knowledgeable their staff is. I've been having ant problems in my home recently, and Tanner, who performed my quarterly house treatment, was so extremely knowledgeable about preventive maintenance and ants themselves, it was a delight to listen to! Service is a joke. Techs don’t arrive on the scheduled times. They are here for 5 mins and didn’t even treat my whole house. The last tech that was here told me “we will never get rid of the spiders. You have to many trees.” So why am I paying for a service that will never work. Highly do not recommend. Absolute joke.
Tanner has excellent communication, he called me and ran me through all the products he used in and around my house. He also set us up with an inspection after finding some troubling rodent evidence. Great company
Kaleb was so thoughtful about everything he did. We were still asleep because we forgot about our ecoshield appointment for general treatment. He saw we had a dog so he proceeded quietly to give us a chance at resting a little bit longer. When he knocked again to let us know about the service and any updates, he told me how he was careful around our catio and dog door and let me know what to expect. He gave me updates about our bate boxes too. We really appreciate his thoughtfulness and friendly attitude.
