Drew the sales man was nice however I was very clear the day before they came not to leave traps or ANY type of rodent equipment on my property as my +120 pound mountain dogs take it up as a challenge to get into everything. We only requested services for ants and spiders. Although this was stated less than 24 hours before their arrival, somehow they forgot or there was some miscommunication. Garrett Runyon provided excellent pest control service today. He came out, treated our yard thoroughly, and maintained a very positive and professional attitude the entire time. He was extremely helpful, took the time to explain exactly what services were completed, and made sure we understood the treatment process before leaving. His customer service and communication were greatly appreciated, and he represented the company well. We have been very happy with EcoShield. Their techs are courteous and helpful and communication is always seamless. Most recently Steven came out to do some work on our crawl space. He was professional, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. Definitely recommend EcoShield!
The whole team has been so fantastic to work with and very personable. Everybody is very kind and really listens. Austin did a great job at our home and even went back to a certain spot that I found when he was done happily to make sure that everything got taken care of.
Richard Johnston performed my quarterly treatment with friendly and professional service. I was busy with my 3 small children and he let me know he was outside performing the service but would not bother me if there were no concerns. I really appreciate knowing my home will be pest free for little to no hassle.
