Signed up from person that came to our door and based on reviews seemed like a good company… unfortunately the price they advertised to us was the not price they billed us and after multiple phone calls and promises of refunds they did not do that either. Their customer service was just an awful experience overall and very difficult to get ahold of. After more than a year of service, we have cancelled our agreement. The service techs in the Olathe, KS area would come out and take care of the visible needs, but not the major needs. They laid out several bait traps around our home. Despite the bait traps, we continued to catch mice in the home. My husband was able to acquired a key to the traps unbeknownst to the company and found that the bait stations had not been baited for awhile, there were only a few pieces left behind. Cody came out and did a fantastic job. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain each chemical he was using and what it was for, which I really appreciated. He was also very friendly and helpful, and he offered different services that I may be interested in for the future. I was very happy with his work and would highly recommend
