Lorenzo was professional, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly inspect both the inside and outside of my home. These guys do great work. I've used them for about a year now and they are super helpful each time they come out. I can't recommend them enough. Justin came out this last time and handled my service in a timely manner. We had some extra things that needed to be addressed and they took care of it with no issues.
After more than a year of service, we have cancelled our agreement. The service techs in the Olathe, KS area would come out and take care of the visible needs, but not the major needs. They laid out several bait traps around our home. Despite the bait traps, we continued to catch mice in the home. My husband was able to acquired a key to the traps unbeknownst to the company and found that the bait stations had not been baited for awhile, there were only a few pieces left behind. Cody is the best Ecoshield employee we have seen. Knowledge, friendly and helpful. All you could ask from a bug guy. Ecoshield in general is a yearly scam that coerced victims into annual contracts but this guy was genuinely good. Genuinely helpful and very very respectful 🙏
