We had our initial pest control service today, and it was a great experience. The technician Amari, was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. He explained everything he was doing, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what to expect after the treatment. He was thorough, respectful of our home, and paid attention to areas where we had concerns. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and look forward to continuing with this company. Highly recommend!

Joseph was great. He properly communicated and answered all our concerns. He checked in with us before leaving to make sure everthing we needed was done. His service was fast and effective. Definitely recommend them

Very professional & knowledgeable about products. Offered additional services if needed that were included in our plan already. Engaged with us the whole visit. Answered all of our questions. I kinda feel like they need to find a way to clone him. He was a joy to work with along with his trainee.

I completed a 1 year insect treatment plan with EcoShield. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the service and wouldn’t recommend the company. On the initial treatment, a technician swept spiderwebs from the ceiling area of my front porch. He knocked a security camera off its mount, which I had to fix myself. A few treatments later, a different technician had trouble with a fence gate, and slammed it several times causing some damage, and ultimately he left with the gate slightly opened.
