Curtis was outstanding and provided a quality and thorough service. He exceeded my expectations and took time to go over the problem areas around my house that I wasn’t aware of. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the service he provided.
I absolutely LOVE their customer service. This is the second time I’ve had to reschedule something and their representatives have been so kind and helpful. I am disappointed that I can’t remember the name of the first representative that helped me, but Tina H exemplifies the kind of care that people expect (professional and compassionate) from a reputable company.
Williams was very punctual; came to door to let me know he had arrived to do my quarterly treatment. Obviously he does good work, for he had someone with him, he appeared to be training.
I don’t agree with service timing spraying even there is snow on the ground for a very minor issue from the summer time is dead wrong . And when I tried to change it they jumped into charging me an additional 250.00 . If they performed at better times to spray I would keep it . But spraying in the coldest time of the year the temperature today is 6 degrees and has been below zero .
